Vanessa posted a video to her YouTube titled "goodbye"
"I just think it's time" Vanessa said to a camera in her room "I've loved streaming and doing lots of stuff and the friends I've made, but it's just time I leave and see how much I can do with other aspects of my life"
The video went on, explaining, and saying her last goodbye... the video was over and Vanessa just sat back in her chair, taking deep breaths before editing the video, she joined Niki's live.
It was a stream with Niki Nihachu where you just talked and laughed doing 'viewer confessions'
"Me and my cousin were walking around an amusement park and went up to somebody who we thought was my dad and poked his bum as a joke" Niki started reading the next confession but Vanessa cut her off "sweet home Alabama" she said before Niki and Vanessa bust out laughing
"ANYWAY he turned around and it turns out it wasn't my dad, we both ran away to tell my dad and he made fun of us" Niki carried on reading
"That's so funny" Vanessa said, they were both dying of laughter
"I think that is where we end this stream" niki laughed, they raided Tubbo but Vanessa and Niki stayed in the vc
"Hey niki I was thinking of something" Vannes said quietly
"Yeah? You alright?" Niki replied
"I was thinking of just... quitting social media" Vanessa admitted
"Woah..." Niki was shocked "wait but why"
Vanessa and Niki had a discussion and at the end of it Vanessa decided to post the video... it instantly blew up and went all over Twitter and other platforms, Niki and Vanessa talked a little longer before Vanessa logged off.. never to log on again or maybe
