She

You can break the chance you were GRACIOUSLY GIVEN.... Im sorry.... THE CHANGE deliberately violently graciously took during a planned arson attack
Now she's got a sense of safety she lacks
In a thunderstorm and now you go and scream at that child
Because you can't see her emotions are running wild

That child when she's terrified of going out in the rain because the last moment she saw her Mother and Father
Who were protecting their daughter
It was the rain of a thunderstorm
And she doesn't tolerate the word because she's far from the norm

And you yell at her because she's afraid to be held because she was hurt and betrayed
And now she can't trust in any way
There's an issue at her because she's traumatized because she was taken took her away from the mother and father who put their lives down on the line for her
And some days she can't get out of bed because the minds a blur

You can't not think her dreams are a joke
After she snapped because she was provoked
Laugh when she feels safe in a truck and you go and call it an emotional attachment and obsession
When she's made a confession that there's always been a connection

They joke about safety and LS swapping her truck
As she's fighting to get out of the muck
The truck she manifested with her moments, her hands, her hazy mind, her breaking heart
But she is fighting every single day to survive, and has bee from the start

Just to get out of bed, to eat
and yet behind the scenes she feels weak on 22 year old feet
SHE applied for 12 jobs
And then she sobbed

SHE did the research SHE found this truck
And she's still praying for luck
SHE passed her permit SHE went outside even though she was terrified
And she pulled the veil off the lies

SHE walked by even though someone raised their hand to her
And negative emotions caused a stir
She got yelled at for forgetting something and you yell at her for being lazy whe she can't even put food in her stomach because she's scared
She finds it hard to believe that the ones who hurt her even carried

She's scared and depressed and thinks she isn't worthy of eating and you can't even apologize
The urge to cut ties
She doesn't want an apology even though you yell at her that she's stuck in the past
When its all happening simultaneously and she knows it's going to pass

Weigh as much as a 12-year old
But Omaha heart has her shivering cold
Appetite of her 4-year old self back then
That truck won't let her stave, it's gonna defend

she's learning from mistakes so she's not doomed to repeat them like you say
She's wagered her heart and her body had to pay
And she may not eat tomorrow because you yelled at her
All because you can't level your emotional maturity causing a blur
