Once you were done, you put on the Millennium Necklace as it began to glow. Knowing its effect for revealing a glimpse of the future, you closed your eyes.
In your vision, you see yourself dueling Yami Bakura in a Shadow Game. And behind him was Yugi in chains unconscious.
Soon, the the image was gone as you opened your eyes. Looking at the Egyptian eye after seeing the vision, you had to prevent it from happening as much as possible.
Sighing, you put on a jean jacket as a photo slipped out of your pocket. Seeing it, you picked it up from the floor and looked at the photo.
In the picture was of you with Yami by the ocean near the docks at night.
Looking at his face on the photo made your eyes tear up as you began to cry.
While you were crying, you didn't notice your bracelet glowing. You continue to cry as you covered your eyes.
"Kuri."
Hearing that sound was familiar as you stopped crying and looked up. Right in front of you was Kuriboh, the cute monster that's been in Yugi's deck.
"K-Kuriboh?"
The cute brown fur-ball floated towards you with a hug. You blinked for a moment before crying again as your tears seep through his fur.
Minutes went by as you slowly began to stop crying. Wiping away your tears, you looked at Kuriboh while sniffling.
"How...how did you get here?" You asked, "I...didn't say your name."
"Kuri. Kuri."
You sniffled and looked at your Millennium Bracelet before looking back at the cute monster.
"You...came out of your own...free will?"
A nod was his answer as you let out a small smile, petting his fur. Kuriboh purred and it made you smile more.
You stayed like this with Kuriboh and went to check the time on your D.D.D as your eyes went widen.
"Shoot. I did say I'll meet him in hallway." You murmured.
