Y/n giggled, outstretching her hands and clapping them against the hands of the small blonde child infront of her in their game of patty-cake.

"Do you see the snow outside?" Mellonball asked y/n, seated on an antique couch in the livingroom of his mothers flat.

"I did, have you gone out to play in it?" Y/n asked, watching as the child stood up and ran to the window.

Y/n looked over at Judd, who was talking to Mellonball's mother in the kitchen, before going to join the kid on the bench at the window.

As Honeydew reached into the refrigerator for the shroom truffles, Judd kept his eyes on y/n and melon ball. Once again he could have sworn he could see that weird pink light on her skin. He took his fists and rubbed his eyes, blinking a bit and realizing it was gone.

"Maybe you're going BLIND." Maury yelled dramatically.
"How will you ever see y/n's tits if youre BLIND?!"

He came to when Honeydew handed him a box with a couple candies in it.
"I hope you and your lady friend enjoy. Shes so pretty!" Honeydew mumbled in her soft tone.

Then she whispered with a smile.
"Is she permanent?"

Judd was unsure how to answer, so he didn't.

"You should let me read your palms!" Honeydew said suddenly.

Over at the window, Melonball marveled at all the snow outside, face pressed against the glass.
"Do you like snow, y/n?"

"I love snow" Y/n smiled. Melonball thought for a moment.

"Does Judd like snow?"

Before y/n could answer, Judd came up behind the two.

"I love snow." He said in his normal raspy voice, and his heart fluttered a bit as y/n laughed with the child in her arms.

"I know what youre thinking." Maury whispered with a sinister smile.

Judd ignored him, watching as y/n sat Melon Ball on the chair and stood.

"Come to the back with me you two." Honeydew stated, walking behind a beaded curtain in the livingroom.

"What going on?" Y/n asked, picking up Melon ball and carrying him on her hip to the back.

"She wants to read our palms." Judd hummed.

"Ooo, exciting!"

In the back room there was an antique circular table with a few wicker chairs surrounding it. There was a humidifier running and a couple nicknacks on surrounding surfaces.

Y/n sat down at the table and placed Melon ball in her lap, Judd sitting at her side and Honeydew on the other side. She watched as she lit an incense and placed it in a vase.

"Now hold your hands face up on the table and close your eyes."

Y/m looked to Judd, who was already looking at her, then placed her hands on the table. She was still as Honeydew traced the lines in her hand with a firm finger.

"You need to relax." She said after a while.
"Not in the moment, but in life. Take a moment to enjoy your surroundings, the present instead of the future. Its set that you'll notice something there."

Y/n smiled, eyes still closed.

"Youre beautiful, and you have a beautiful life ahead of you, dont overwork yourself."

Judd watched that familiar pink light bathe her face when she giggled. Then watched y/n open her eyes and pull her hands back, her shoulders noticeably relaxed.

"Thank you Honeydew." she smiled.

"Dont thank me, thats just what the higher powers say." She then turned to Judd.
"Your turn."

Judd was hesitant. But he relaxed a bit when y/n fingers ran over his wrists, bringing his hands out onto the table. He closed his eyes, letting Honeydew feel his palms.

"Judd.." She began.
"You're in the midst of a change. Something has entered your life and changed your routine."

Judd's eyes flew open and he furrowed his eyebrows, gaze burrowing into Honeydew's closed eyes. He only closed them again when y/n swatted his shoulder.

"It's patient, and kind, and warm." She said.
"Hold on to it. And in turn it will hold on to you."

Judd opened his eyes and retracted his hands.

"It was a pleasure having you two here." Honeydew smiled.

"Thank you for having us." Y/n hummed.
"And it was nice meeting you Melon ball."

She giggled as the young boy hugged her. The three of them exited the backroom and filled back into the living room.

"Bye Judd! Bye y/n!" He cheered as his mother let the two of them out the front door.

"Hes so sweet." Y/n said, walking with Judd to the truck. He handed her the chocolate then opened the passenger door for her.

"Yeah, Melonball is the shit." Judd smiled.

"Whats our next stop?" Y/n asked.
