CHAPTER ELEVEN

For some reasons,
Vibes should be match with other.

If there's not a vibe, then how it will be a comfort.

After eating some food, I took the spellbook from my bag which was given by grandma and then started practising some spells as I am still unaware of the most spells.

In the middle of my practising, I heard a crunch of leaves outside my cabin.

I stopped what I was doing and put all my attention towards the sound. Maybe there's a animal but who am I kidding? The animal among werewolves?

Of course not. I am being paranoid.

I jumped when a sudden knock came. My heart level was doing dance at this point.

"Coming." I said after I eased my breathing.

I walked towards the door and opened it without asking who is there. Habits die hard, what can I say.

"You are needed in hospital." A half naked young man said quickly as soon as I opened the door.

He must be in his wolf form to be half naked. I nodded and quickly followed him after closing the door behind my back leaving my practicing there.

The young man shifted in front of me suddenly and a nearly scream left my lips due to sudden change .

Goddess, this people surely give me a heart attack while I am still alive in their land.

A wolf gave me a sheepish grin and lowered his body, beckoning me to sit behind his back.

Seriously?

He is not going to make me fall?

I hesitantly walked towards him. Then I gripped his furs and pulled my right leg to sit behind his back.

"Please don't make me fall." I whispered while gripping his furs tightly.

The wolf shook his head as a no and then started running through the forest.

Fear was gripping my bones because this is the first time I am riding a wolf not a horse. And I didn't ride a horse yet. Just fucking nice.

The wolf was running fast and I had a hard time focusing my eyes on the surroundings because all I could see was a blur.

Then a wolf stopped and a relief washed over me.

"Thank you wolfie."

He sat down so I could stand up.

Once I stood, he went behind the trees to change and then I took a time to look around. It was a big hospital in white colour building and smelled like hospital too. Note the sarcasm.

And the hospital was very much like the one in the city and also looks clean too. Once I stepped a foot there, people were staring at me. A new person I was!

They must be curious.

"Here this way miss." The wolfie came behind me and motioned me to come towards the hospital.

I nodded and followed him like a lost puppy.

Once we entered the hospital, the wolfie took me where I can help people.

Not much people were injured but one looked more in pain than others.

Rogue attacks?

But it doesn't looks like a rogue attack to me.

"They were fighting and this happened." The wolfie said behind me.

Fighting?

And this happened?

Seriously?

I shrugged my shoulders and went towards the one who was in a lot of pain.

It was a man about thirty or something, his eyes were tightly shut due to the injury he got. His left arm was badly bruised, more like on the verge of collapsing and his leg too.

They can heal themselves but this injury may take a while to heal itself.

And maybe this people wants to use my ability as I am still outsiders living among them. And I just know that I am being watched 24/7 not just here but at the trees house too as they can't trust me. Ayanna's granddaughter after all.

But I am still curious as why Alpha didn't like my grandma. I get it she is a bit strict and hard to handle but hey it's my grandma and I still love her like I do before. No questions asked ever.

I am not opposing that this people are taking advantages of me because it's nothing new to me. As I have grown, I must be lucky to be surrounded by selfish people. Even some demon took advantage of me. If this is my life and then so be it.

Sacrificing myself is something I am not and I will not afraid of. When they wants me, I will gladly put myself on use if they are all safe.

During my stay with grandma, she taught me much more things, things I didn't know.

Dying is also not something I am afraid of. In one way or another we all die whether we wants it or not.

And honestly, I do not want to live here free as this is not my pack or anything. If I can help them somehow, I will gladly help it. I don't want anything in return because I am staying due to grandma insisted. That's it. Nothing else. And I will gladly go anywhere if I don't feel comfortable here. I just have to wait a while.

I took the man's hand and closed my eyes. I started imagining the cells of his arms joining together one by one. The bone which was dislocated, starting locating to his original position. Golden energy started surrounding his arms. I could feel the burning sensation on my arm and the bones snapping but I ignored it as usual. I could feel my magic was surrounding his arms and started healing it.

After it healed, I did the same with his legs too.

And my goddess, it's been a long since I felt this pain. My arm was burning so did my leg. Before I stumbled, I leaned on the opposite bed which was for my luck vacant.

I closed my eyes and started taking deep breaths.

Just like that. You are strong Ara. This pain is nothing how much you endured in the past. Remember how much have you been gone through. It's nothing you can't handle.

I was battling internally against the pain. It was still there but I could ignore it. I then remembered, I was in a hospital surrounded by many people.

I snapped open my eyes and indeed, everyone was there too. But a powerful aura made me stood up immediately but the pain in leg made me nearly fall down on the floor.

There stood a man, with weird eyes one blue and another grey. Hairs black. Straight but slightly crooked nose. Thick beard. Sharp eyes. Broad eyebrows. Pointed jaw. Muscular build. Broad shoulders. Quite tall too. Perfect hips and long legs. Dressed in blue shirt and black pants. Fancy shoes and expensive watch.

And he was watching me with narrowed eyes.

I gulped down but didn't acknowledged him as Alpha because he wasn't my Alpha.

How I know because of his strong aura and the vibrations radiating off of him were strong making anyone submit at him but not me. I didn't have that effect as I am not werewolves. Sometimes I am glad that I am not werewolves because then I have submit to the upper class arrogant people.

Someone whispered something in his ear made him clench his jaw.

And then one glance at me, he left without saying anything to me.

He is a handsome man. A handsome Alpha.
