~ Draco's POV

A day before my wedding to Astoria, I'm lying on my bed with Y/n in my arms.

What I have to do will kill me.

You might think I should be stuck in wedding planning right now, but Astoria and my dad are already doing that, so why stress me out?

"What's wrong Dray?" She asks me and gives me a light and short kiss on my lips.

"It's nothing..." I say, although there certainly is something.

My father said I had to break up with Y/n so I could be with Astoria in peace, but I didn't want that.

I look at the clock, it's getting later and later, I don't want this.

There is a knock on the door, Mattheo, Lorenzo, Theodore, Blaise and Regulus come in.

Y/n smiles at everyone and sits up, "What are you doing here?" she asks.

I try to look happy and stand up, "We're going somewhere, it's a surprise." I say and take her hand.

We all set off together, Y/n is talking to Lorenzo at the front while Blaise is talking to me.

"It'll be okay, Y/n will get over it. She'll forget it and then-" he says, but I interrupt him.

"You gave me an idea."

"Do I have this?" Blaise asks and looks at me confused.

"I'm not breaking up. I'm erasing her memory of our relationship, she'll just know that we're good friends... It'll be just as painful for me, but I can still have her close." I explain and Blaise nods.

"But what if she falls in love again? You can't resist her."

"Then I have to see that she falls in love again... with someone else." I say even though it's difficult for me.

Blaise nods and says nothing more.

A few minutes later we are there, three boys are standing behind her and two next to me, I take a few steps towards Y/n.

I carefully put my hands on her cheeks and kiss her for the last time.

Intensive.

With feeling.

As if I was proving my love to her with this kiss.

I pull away from her and look into her eyes with tears.

"Wow... That's a goodbye kiss." I hear Regulus whisper.

Yes, that was a goodbye kiss and it was very painful.

"Amnesia..." I say and hold my wand to her head.

Her eyes close and she falls backwards; Mattheo, Lorenzo and Theodore immediately catch her.

Tears are running down my cheeks, she doesn't deserve this kind of shit.

But I hope that she falls in love with someone else and becomes happy.

"You did it, she'll fall in love again, we know that." says Mattheo and looks at me.

"The main thing is that it's not Pottah or any Gryffindor. I'd rather she have a crush on one of you than a Gryffindor." I say and walk away, the boys following me.
