Nico Hischier-New Jersey Devils

Me and Nico have been dating for 2 years he's my bestfriend and soulmate I don't know what I would do with out him

But lately he's been a little distant and he hides his phone when I'm near and I'm starting to get a little upset

Is he cheating on me I thought he loved me

I was snapped out of my thoughts when he walked thru the door from practice

"Hey babe wanna do to dinner Tonight"

"Uhh sure"

"Ok I'll make reservations for that one restaurant we like"

I sat on the couch watching a movie and Nico went to shower

After his shower he joined me he sat right next to me after a while his phone went off and he kinda turned his screen so I couldn't see it

I wanted to cry I think he's cheating on me what if he's taking me to dinner to dump me a thousand things ran thru my head so I decided to go shower

"I'm gonna go shower"

"Ok beautiful"

I walked up stairs to our bedroom and walked to the bathroom and got in the shower as soon as I got in u started crying

I got out and put my robe on it's currently 5:00 so I decided to start getting ready I brush and blow dry my hair

I couldn't decide on what to do with my hair so I just curled it I did my make up Nico came into our room

"You are the most beautiful girl I ever seen"

He kissed me on the cheek

"Thank you"

He changed his clothes to nice ones and I put my tight black dress on

"Hey Nico can you zip me up"

"Of course baby"

He zipped me up and I put my heels on

"Ready to go" he asked

I shook my head and we left

We parked and went inside

"Reservations for Hischier"

"Right this way"

We were outside at the only table out there and it was dark with lights it was so pretty way too pretty to get dumped

We ordered and ate

And then our favorite song came on he stood up and held his hand our

"Care to dance"

I grabbed his hand and stood up we danced

"You know Paige your the most important person in my life I love you so much and I couldn't imagine a world without you"

He spun me around as he got on one knee

"So will you marry me"

"Omg yes"

He put the ring on my finger and kissed me

"I thought you were gonna dump me"

"Why would I dump you"

"You have been acting weird and hiding your phone"

"Because Jack was helping me plan this and I didn't want you to see the text"

"Oh"

He smiled and kissed me again

"I can't wait to marry you"
