~Pt.2~

"WE HAVE A PULSE!" Jimin screamed so the guys at the ambulance car heard him
They all looked so confused but ran back inside
"Get Him In The Car Now! I'll Meet You At The Hospital! Keep Him Alive!" He yelled at his guys like he was a drill sergeant
"Yessir!" They all said in sync
They picked up the stretcher Kai was on carefully and rushed him to the car
"Let Me Go With Him!" Jin pleaded
"Jin that isn't a good idea." Jimin told him
He looked at Niki
"Your son needs you." He gestured to Niki
Jin sniffled but nodded
Jimin heard the Ambulance take off
"I'll meet you guys at the hospital" he told them all
Namjoon walked up to Jimin and whispered in his ear not threatening more like a plead
"..don't let my kid die.."
Namjoon looked Jimin in the eyes and saw him nod
Jimin practically ran out the house and sped off
They all ran to the cars
Hoseok drove Enhypen
Soobin drove his group
And Namjoon drove his group

~ 15 Minutes Later ~

All of the groups arrived at the hospital
Kai had arrived at least 10 minutes before them
None of them had changed clothes so most of them still had blood on them
Heeseung walked up to the counter and the woman gasped
"Sir! Where were you shot! Hold on let me call for a doctor!"
Heeseung grabbed her wrist before she ran off
"I'm not hurt this isn't my blood." He told her with a very dead look in his eyes
She looked him up and down then sat in her seat
"Who are you looking for?" She asked politely seeing a group of people behind him
"Huening Kai. Should've showed up about 10 minutes ago." He told her and cleared his throat
She typed away at her computer
"Yes, Mr. Huening arrived about 10 minutes ago and went into immediate surgery. There is no time stamp on when he should be out but the head doctor is Mr. Park Jimin." She told him and gave a light smile
Heeseung bent over the counter a little
"Is he still alive?" He whispered
He had a concerned look on his face as his voice cracked a little
She smiled and nodded
He dropped his head in relief
"I will have the doctor update you as soon as possible. In the meantime, relax in the waiting room. I'll have the staff bring out some damp towels for you all." She smiled at everyone
"Thank you ma'am." Hoseok thanked her for everyone because they started to walk away
Heeseung sat down and Namjoon sat next to him
They both had this distant look in their eyes
Like they were only thinking about one thing
The same thing

Him.

~ 1 Hour And Half Later ~

Heeseung was waiting still
Jin walked over to Heeseung and kneeled in front of him
When they brought the towels out he was the only one to refuse
He zoned back in and saw Jin in front of him
Jin grabbed his hand and started to wipe down his hands for him
Heeseung was just watching him
Not saying a word but thinking a million
Jin grabbed a new towel and started on Heeseung's face
He closed his eyes and didnt realize tears fell
Jin sighed
He knew what he was going through
A couple of years ago Jin almost lost Namjoon
He was reckless
But this wasn't Kai's fault.. Namjoon felt like it was his fault, though.. nobody is taking account for how Soobin is feeling.. feeling that the blame is on him
One of his men most definitely got hurt because of him
Heeseung said it looked like a woman who he ran after
Soobin had no doubt that it was Arin from OMG
Jin gently wiped down his neck
He finished cleaning him off what he could
They all heard very loudly over the speakers
"CODE BLUE CODE BLUE SURGERY ROOM 206!" Then a aggressive hang up
Heeseung looked at the woman at the reception counter
She was already looking at Heeseung and his groups very worried
"Why are you looking at me like that?..." he felt his heart sank
He got up and ran past Jin almost knocking him over on accident
He ran to the woman
"WHY ARE YOU LOOKING AT ME LIKE THAT?! LIKE YOU ARE SORRY FOR ME?!" Heeseung cried hearing his voice crack
Namjoon felt a wave of worry rush over to him
The woman looked around
"I'm so sorry for your loss sir.." she whispered
"MY LOSS?! YOUR SORRY FOR MY LOSS?!" Heeseung was grasped tightly behind him from Jay
Jimin walked out of the doors and looked at their family
Namjoon stood up and looked at him
Jimin took his mask off and got on his knees and did a full body bow
"I'm so sorry..."
"NO!!" Heeseung screamed
"KAI?! HES GONE?!" Niki looked at Jungwon who was crying with his hand over his mouth
Namjoon stumbled back
Jin grabbed him as he cried
"I can't breathe.." Namjoon said
"I CANT BREATHE!!" He yanked his hand away from Jin
"LET ME GO! LEt me go!" Heeseung cried
Him and Jay dropped to the floor
"I WANT TO DIE!!" Heeseung cried
"What happened." Namjoon walked up to Jimin
Jimin got up
"He lost too much blood"
"Give him mine!! Please!!" Niki cried
Jimin bowed his head
"It's too-.." Jimin was cut off
"SUCCESSFUL CPR ON ROOM 206 IMMEDIATE REQUEST FOR DR. PARK JIMIN!!" Someone practically yelled
Jimin didnt waste time
He ran from Namjoon
"HES ALIVE?!" Heeseung looked at Jay
Jin looked at Hoseok
"He's gonna be okay right?.." he whispered
Hoseok was holding him and yoongi
"We aren't religious... but we might just pray this time..."

{10 Minutes Later}

Namjoon was pacing back and forth
Heeseung looked so emotionally drained
Jimin ran out
"He's alive and stable!" He said with such joy
Heeseung shot up
"TAKE ME TO HIM!" Jimin called someone over and Heeseung ran ahead of them behind the doors
"Sir wait!" They ran after him
Namjoon walked up to Jimin and brought him into the tightest genuine hug he's ever given someone
"Thank you... I can never repay you the way you have gifted me..." Namjoon said to him
Niki was crying from joy
Sunoo was holding him
Jay and Jungwon could finally breathe again
Sunghoon held Jake who was shaking from relief
Beomgyu had Taehyun holding as tight as possible
"HE MADE IT!" He cried
Soobin hugged Yeonjun
"HES ALIVE! OUR KAI IS ALIVE." He cried into Soobin's shoulder
Jin ran to Namjoon and Namjoon picked him up and hugged him
Taehyung and Jungkook have never cared about anyone the way they've cared for each other but they realized that was not the case as Taehyung was crying that Kai was okay and Jungkook was wiping his tears away quickly
Yoongi was silently crying on Hoseok
"Sshhh... he's okay... everything is okay now..." Hoseok told yoongi as he was soothing him

{With Heeseung}

They basically barged into Kai's room
He was asleep
Heeseung bowed to the nurse who took him to Kai
The nurse left the room
Heeseung saw that part of his gown was cut to where his wound was easy access
Heeseung saw Kai's chest move up and down at a good pace
He looked so peaceful yet so beautiful
Heeseung felt like he was too delicate to touch...
To fragile to look at
As if he was glass
He slowly walked up to him and saw that he still has blood in his hair
Heeseung gently pulled the chair next to him and sat down
Heeseung then heard the door open
"Ah-.. sorry!" A nurse whispered
She was holding a small tub and towel
"I was gonna wash his hair but I can come back another time.." she said and was about to leave until Heeseung stopped her
"Can I do it?" He asked
She looked a little surprised but didnt tell him no
She handed the stuff off to him and left the room quietly
Heeseung put the towel in the warm water then squeeze the excess water out
He put the tub down and looked Kai
"So beautiful..." he whispered to himself hoping Kai could hear him
His hands shook as they slowly reached for his hair
Namjoon was told that Kai was in a semi coma
He should be back and awake in 3 days roughly
But Heeseung didnt stick around to hear that
Heeseung gently brushed the towel against his head on his hair
Heeseung looked at the towel and saw how it was turning pink from the blood
He dipped the towel back into the bucket and repeated
He would gently touch his hair
Afraid to disrupt him
"I never want to be without you ever again..." Heeseung whispered to him

{With Everyone Else}

Everyone felt like they could breathe
Like the air was clearer
Like everything was okay again
"Would you like to see him Mr. Kim?" A nurse asked
Namjoon shook his head
"Heeseung needs this more than us. We are fine." He smiled to her
She nodded
Soobin looked at Beomgyu a certain way where he already know what was gonna happen once they got home
Their plan was gonna happen
"I'm tired..." Jin said
"Me too..." Namjoon told him
"What happened to Kai only being your child legally?" Hoseok teased Namjoon a bit
Namjoon looked over at him and gave him a half smirk
"Shut up Jackass.."
They both chuckled a bit
