Like you've seen in the title we'll be talking about health today. This is gonna contain food, drinks, weight and workouts! I hope this is gonna be helpful in case you really need the help^^

food
Okay so firstly: never starve yourself for a diet! I don't know how you even come to that idea but you really need to eat. Also guys, even wonyoung said that, students shouldn't have diets! I don't know how much you weight but diets aren't the solution. You still need to grow so you need enough food, yk?:)
so let's say you want to lose a bit of weight. I'm not sure if it'll work out in your imagination but I would recommend to just eat less junk food and do some workouts or maybe you're in a dance group, that's also fine! The only thing about this is that I'm not sure if it really work that much because to be honest I think I'm too skinny but I can't gain weight 🥹😔 so I'm sorry if this doesn't help but everyone on youtube says it's better this way. The main point is: don't have too hard diets and don't starve the whole day<3
drink
It seems pretty obvious but it's not for anyone.. water is really important guys! At least eight glasses water a day!! It's normal to get some other drinks sometimes but try to drink as much water as possible it'll really improve your health and also your skin!
weight
So guys I've already talked about it in the food section before (I mixed it too much sorry :( ) anyways I'm adding something in here: most of you or probably everyone of you are kpop fans, right? I know that kpop can be such a good inspiration I mean we're literally in our wonyoungism rn. But don't take tooooo much inspo. What I mean is: don't compare your weight with idols weight!! Firstly idols are grown up and some of you aren't and like I said you still need to grow. And I'm not hating on anyone i mean I love kpop myself! But idols (not all but many) are just too skinny. You can't weight 40 or something as a grown up and probably not even as a teenager it still depends on your height and whatever. But don't think you're „fat" just because the idols are skinnier than you. That's what I mean. If you aren't sure about your weight ask your family and maybe your friends ;)
workout and stretching
Of course we should stay active to be healthy! So I'd recommend doing any sport at least twice a week (the more the better ig). And also stretching is really important. I've always did once everyday but today I saw that you should do twice a day (?). It depends on you. How much time you have, motivation and others but I'm telling you stretching helps a lot!! ^^ btw I'm gonna put some workout and stretching videos in the links below. Im also gonna put yujins and wonyoungs Pilates routine in there, they do it at a professional but some people make similar videos (also gonna tag them there)
