Kalias had always been there. Sharing a room with my boyfriend, gave him a front row seat to our relationship. He never liked me, not really. But that didn't stop him from trying to save my life. When the wrong people got their hands on Reuben, I had no choice but to play along or be in the jail cell next to him.

Lousia had always been too young for him. He treated her like shit. I guess that's why I did too. When he gave her up to save himself, I knew that I had an opportunity to prove that me and Reuben were nothing alike. I knew she didn't know the codes. Reuben had done it to trade their places. I wasn't going to let that happen. No matter how much that fucked with my morals.
I couldn't believe that I was saying this but I was going to save her life, even if that meant risking mine.
