"The skin tone range should be vast. We are trying to gain profit from exporting our products to the western markets as well and both inside and outside asia there is a huge range of skin tone.

Whether it be foundation or conceler or contour we need to have a large range of variations for skin tones and above of all of that they should be skin friendly. Hydrating and moisturizing and giving a full coverage. Suiting all kinds of skin types" the owner of Concord Beauty explained to the team of cosmetic chemist of his company who nodded their head , noting down the points they have to work on

"Second thing that I wanted to discuss about is face mask. I was thinking that our brand should launch face masks as well. Our last face serum launch was a hit so I was thinking to... you know launch face masks as well. I hope you are understanding what I am trying to say" the team of experts nodded their head understanding what their CEO is trying to say

"So.. what do you think about it?" He asked leaning on the table as he looked at the seven experts

"I think its a wonderful idea. It will surely require a lot of work and all but I think that would be worth it" one of the experts said and the other six nodded their head

"Wonderful. So.. when are we starting with the work?" Mr. Kim asked, standing up from his seat

"The faster the better. We will start working on it from today itself, Mr. Kim" another of the seven said making their CEO smile

"Amazing. Let's meet again in a month with the samples?" Mr. Kim exclaimed and the seven experts enthusiastically nodded their head

Mr. Kim shook hands with them before walking out of the meeting room with his secretary trailing behind him.

"Set a meeting with the designing department heads tomorrow" Mr. Kim said to his secretary who quickly nodded her head

"And also with the finance department" with that said Mr. Kim went inside his cabin while his secretary Mrs. Cho Ayeong went to complete her own task

A very busy day in Concord Beauty. Four months ago Concord beauty released a new face serum collection which was hit in south korea as well in near by countries and somewhat in western countries. Nowdays as the kpop industry is getting popular, korean beauty products are also getting popular so korean beauty brands earn huge profits but it also means that their is increase in the competition between the companies
