Diana felt a sob rip through her as she stared at what her brother had become.
Viktor tightened his grip on her arm, holding her as she slumped slightly. "Diana, come on, we have to go!"
"No!"
"Diana!"
"Get off me!"
The others watched Ben and Jennifer, and then looked at Viktor struggled to drag Diana away.
"Ah shit!" Luther said. "We gotta get that thing away from Diana and Viktor."
"What if we hurt it?"
"Doesn't matter." Diego answered, slowly pulling a knife out.
Klaus shifted on his feet. "They might still be alive in there."
Diego ignored him, letting out a yell, and ran towards it, slashing it with his knife, and rolling out of the way. He dodged the hits, and ran up the escalator. Five backed up a bit, grabbing James's arm. "We should get to cover."
He, James, and Lila spatial jumped away, landing on the balcony.
James watched as Five shot at it with his gun, but it only grew bigger. The there's eyes widened, and James looked at Lila, who readied herself, before shooting eyelashes towards it. Lila hit the tanks, but but it did nothing but grow bigger.
"My turn to fail," James said.
He thrust his hand out, and water crashed through the windows, letting glass spray everywhere. He let the water wrap around the creature, and he let the temperature of it drop, trying to freeze it. But the Cleanse still only grew. James let out a curse when a tentacle smacked him back, and he gasped as his back it the wall.
Allison, who had hurried to Viktor's aid, grabbing Diana's other arm. The girl struggled, trying to get out of Allison's grip, screaming for her brother.
There was a loud warp, and Lila quickly jumped next to Viktor, "I'm here, I'm here!"
Allison passed her Diana, and stood up, her eyes glowing gold. Just as she was ready to use her powers, she faltered.
"It's Ben."
Diana watched her, and let out a scream as Allison was thrown back. As the ceiling caved on top of her, Diana could only watch.
Luther jumped down, and punched it, only to get stuck in it. "Uh, a little help here? My hands stuck in its ass!"
Lila let Diana go, standing next to Viktor, and they shot a blast at it, but it grew bigger, and bigger.
