Dead and born

Meredith had gone home and told everyone that Derek was dead and that there would be held a funeral at the end of the day.

Sara had taken the "body" to Seattle.
(There was nothing in the coffin so Sara had put some heavy things in the coffin)

Are you sure you're okay - Mark asked

Yeah I'm fine - Sara said

You're not even crying - Mark said

He's no dead.. we faked his death - Sara said

What - Mark said with a shock

Sara began to tell the story and Mark seemed really confused but he understood why they did it.

So fake funeral tonight? - Mark asked

Yeah the coffin is actually at the church waiting for us to burry it - Sara said

Does Amelia know? - Mark asked

No she does not actually.. I'm planning on telling her later because if she knows she'll probably tell someone and then it'll all fuck - Sara said

I've got the results - Cristina said while handing Meredith her results

Meredith took a look at the results and she was right.

Look I am pregnant - Meredith said

What are you gonna do now? - Cristina asked

I actually don't know.. I can't raise a child without Derek - Meredith said

You could just abort it - Cristina said

I know but I keep thinking this is the only way Derek's spirit will live on.. I mean he had no kids - Meredith said

If you look at it that way you're right but if you don't wanna be a mother than don't have the kid because the worst is when the mother doesn't want you - April said from behind

You two can't tell anyone - Meredith said

7 hours later in LA

You got a cat? - Derek asked

Yeah he's name is Pablo - Addison said

Addison you know I hate cats - Derek said

Derek he was a gift from a dying woman.. just try.. he'll love you - Addison said

Everyone were at the funeral now but none had seen the body.

They raised the coffin down into the ground.

Everyone was crying and Sara was doing her best to fake cry.

I can't be here anymore - Sara said with Meredith

It's hard.. I know - Meredith said

They started burying the coffin.

Sara and Mark started leaving.

Sara had started laughing and couldn't take it serious so she decided to leave.

Stop laughing - Mark said while looking back at the people who were crying

I can't.. it's just too funny - Sara said

They sat down in Mark's car.

Will you move too - Mark asked

What - Sara said

Will you move to LA - Mark asked

I'll stay here for a while but I might move back to New York - Sara said

But we'll both have to discuss that after the wedding - Sara said

If you want too LA will be okay too - Mark said
