Mark walked over to Beth.

What are you doing here? - Mark asked

Amelia invited me - Beth said with a smile

You need to go before Sara sees you - Mark said

Is that Beth? - Addison asked while taking William from Derek

Yeah.. idk why she's here but we need her to leave - Derek said

Sara was still dancing with Arizona when suddenly she saw Beth.

That bitch - Sara said while walking over to Beth and Mark

Sara - Derek said while walking behind her

Derek grabbed Sara and pulled her to the side.

Why is she here?.. I'm going to kill her - Sara said

Let it go.. don't make a scene - Derek said

Sara walked past Derek and dragged Beth outside.

Long away enough so the people at the wedding couldn't see them.

You need to go or I won't be able to stop myself - Sara said

I'm here for Amelia - Beth said

Bullshit - Sara screamed

You're crazy - Beth said

I'm crazy.. you're the one that drove over me with your car - Sara said

Derek slowly started walking over to them.

I'm giving you one last chance - Sara said

I'm not leaving - Beth said

Beth put her hands on Sara's face.

Beth pulled Sara up against in the tree.

Beth went over and kissed Sara.

Derek had just walked around the corner and that's where he was them kissing.

Sara pulled back and pushed Beth back.

I'm married.. I'm not into girls - Sara screamed

I know you love me.. you always have - Beth said

Sara started attacking Beth.

Derek went over and stopped them.

Hey - Derek yelled while holding Sara

Derek sweetie - Beth said

Beth you psycho leave us all alone - Derek said

Addison had walked over to them.

Who is this - Beth asked

Don't touch him - Derek said

We need to go.. everyone is going to the house - Addison said

(There was being held a after party at Meredith's house)

Beth went over and took William out of Addison's hands.

Derek quickly walked forward but Beth had pulled out a knife, Derek took a step back.

Sara turned around and texted Mark to go and get Amelia.

You're in love with them both and that's fine.. leave my son out of it - Addison said

He looks exactly like you sweetheart - Beth said to Derek

Beth.. hand him over - Derek said

Mark, Amelia and Arizona had just walked over to them.

What the fuck Beth.. give him to me - Amelia said

Congrats on the wedding but I'm keeping him - Beth said

What's going on.. who is she? - Arizona asked

She's Amelia's best friend.. they've been friends since high school.. Beth fell in love with Sara and Derek but since Sara had a boyfriend that time and I was with Derek that's when Beth went all crazy but Amelia never believed in us - Addison said

Well she's not my friend anymore - Amelia said

And I take it that he's the husband - Beth asked while looking over at Mark

Derek and Sara made eye contact and somehow came up with a plan.

Sara ran into Beth, Beth threw William and Derek ran in and caught William.

Sara started slapping and kicking Beth.

Mark went in and stopped Sara after a few hits.

We're not friends anymore - Amelia said

Later that night.

I wanna move - Mark said while getting into the bed

Where? - Sara asked

I don't know.. but we have to get away from all this.. and it's time you and Derek get your own life's - Mark said

I know.. he has a kid.. I want to move back to New York - Sara said

We could open up a new practice or work at the Manhattan hospital - Mark said

A new practice sounds great - Sara said while a smile

Sara and Mark fell asleep while cuddling.

6 months later.

Sara and Mark had just opened their practice.

Callie had moved with them because she wanted Sofia to have her dad close.

Arizona flies over sometimes, her and Callie have become friends again.

Derek, Addison and William are still living in LA but Addison and Derek have been talking and when Lisa gets older her and Meredith where welcome to come and visit.

Meredith where happy that Derek came by ones in a while but with William of course.

Everyone have gotten their happy ending :)
