And I don't know any of the medical issues are true I am only in highschool and don't know if it is true so correct me if I am wrong on the medical terms and issue

3rd person

Peter decided to go to the doctor cause he has been feeling pain trough out his body and he lied to his parents the he was going to Ned's house and finish building the Lego death star and once he got there he had to wait cause the doctor has another patient to attend to then it was his turn to explain what was happening to him and the doctor said that he need to do a body scan on him next week and for now they just need to test his blood and he can go back home

Time skip

When the week he needed to have a body scan he again lied that he was going to Ned's house and do a group project for school that they were group together when the scan was done he has to wait for the result and the doctor ask for his number so he could just call him and tell him what's wrong so he wouldn't go back just to know the results and Peter gave the doctor his number and went back home when he arrived he was surprised that all the avengers were there on the living room playing Mario kart and he said hi to everyone and the others greet Peter back he was about to ask why are they all there when he remembers that they were having movie night that day and was worried when he gets the results about his health and hopes that it would not be updated that night but luck was never on his side so the night went on and he have fun with all his aunt and uncle and Wanda as his sister then half way through the movie (Star wars Peter choose the movie) Peter's phone began to ring and he excuse himself and and answered the phone and when he was done talking to the person on the other side(The doctor who he was talking to earlier that day) his face is morphs in shock when realize that he might not live long the doctor said that he has stage 3 Cancer and the doctor said that he might only have 6-7 month to live and at that moment he said to himself that he will do what ever makes him happy and when he die he will look back at those times and also at that moment he felt sharp pain on his side and then past out

Nat's POV

When Peter excuse himself we continued watching the movie and a few moments later we heard a pain Yelp and then a thud I got up and went where I heard the noise came from and to my horror I see Peter unconscious I tried to Peter to wake up but to no avail then I yelled Bruce name and he came running with the others and they have the same expression when I found Peter then Steve picked up Peter and rushed him to the medical bay when we go there Dr.Cho took Peter in her arms and went inside with Bruce

He guys sorry if I have to do this to Peter and don't worry there is a part 2 but I don't know when I will write it I am still thinking how to end this chapter without killing Peter and I am super busy and again if my English is wrong English is not my first language so that is the reason for my bad English if there any suggestions I am open and just message me but won't respond quickly cause of school so thanks for reading my lovely readers untill next time
