Chapter Fifteen - Tomorrow will be Awkaward

Thank you everyone for your wishes and prayers but I'm back and I miss writing! ❤️❤️ I'm doing my better and recovery is speeding up with physical therapy and micro massages!

I should tell him? I should really im depriving my child of her father and family. But Sol she thinks she is another man's child if she only knew. And if she only knew she was a beard to her husband. I shook my head and felt strong hands on my shoulders. I look up and there my husband looking down at me his beard.

"For the record I'm not mad at you."

I nodded

"I can tell your not your eyes are kind and soft." I told him as her wrapped his arms around me and kissed my cheek. He will eventually find out maybe the sooner the better for both of them. He was right as usual. "But what will Nina feel that the man who has been raising her size birth isn't her father? we need to put her feelings into consideration and what she may feel plus the fact that to her he is Mr. Grumpy Pants."

I turned around to look up at my husband. "we need to tell him and not Nina...yet." Alejandro said I nodded he knew what I mean feelings and emotions of our daughter was always taken into consideration before making a big Decision in our lives. My friends with kids well some of my friends with kids always wonder why we do that. I simply don't listen to their advice and do what is best for my daughter and that's right now.

The following week I try to secretly get in touch with Mason but thanks to my newspaper reading he's out of the country attending some Regal dinner with a Royal family....just my luck seriously. As I head off to work and I walk through the front doors of my building all eyes are on me of course but I smirk and head forward. From behind me I hear a women arguing I turn around and a slap across my face. Shocked I touch my cheek stinging with pain I look at my hand and gasp at the small sight of blood. I look at the women who's engagement ring is facing inward. Ms. Elizabeth Renee aka the divorce lawyer aka the dunce of the story aka the lawyer who's engaged to my idiot ex husband. Security guards came over and took her by the arms as she screams and yells vulgarly at me.

I just stare at her awkwardly, "You stole him away from me!" She shouted at me "Mason broke off our engagement!" She yells trying to break free from the hold of the guards. "you slut! You whore! You cheated on your husband and now you cheat on your current husband with the man you cheated on!" Her yells stopping all of the activities of the first floor. Taking a deep breath I smile at her, "Your embarrassing yourself Elizabeth, you were never engaged to Mason. A Michealson Engagement is a big deal and a front pager." Minus mine, he proposed to me in "private" at the crack of dawn in Rio. he arranged for the Jesus statue overseeing Rio to be open at a later time at least an hour later. That was an unforgettable day we didn't let the press know till a month after the actual engagement to enjoy the moment of no one else knowing but is. "Why would I cheat on my husband seriously make some sense really after all you and Sol fabricated the whole lie about me cheating on Mason with Alejandro so don't start with me." The reception gasp of course I knew but I didn't say anything why because I'm not cruel enough to destroy the relationship between a brother and a sister who is clearly in need of family love after the death of her mother.

After security took Elizabeth Renee away the day proceed as normal. By the end it was exhausting and I just wanted to go home and crawl into my bed and put on One Republic. Easier said then done as I went down the elevator alone with my driver waiting for me I'm surprised to find him here. I walk out of the Elevator to my car trying to just get myself home but nope Mason Mikealson gets in my way. "Malia wait!" I close my eyes not wanting to open them but sighting I do. I turn around to face Mason, "Yes?" I simply say "Why didn't you tell me about Elizabeth and Sol?" He said his tone hurt his breath breathless with pain.

"Because you would never believe me...if you wouldn't take to second to ask me am I cheating on you why would you give me two seconds of your time to tell you about your sister and girlfriend or whatever she is now to you." I said looking back at the driver "let's go" he nodded.

"Meet me tomorrow at my house....Alejandro and I need to speak to you privately." I said without saying any other word and I slip into the car and let the driver drive off heading home. Arriving home I wipe off the make up off my face with my favorite non-soap cleanser and see the scar on my face. "What happen to your cheek!" Alejandro said horrified as he stands at the door of our bathroom. He rushed over to me and picked me and set me down on the bathroom counter. He turned my head to further examine my right cheek.

"An evil gold digger came and slapped me with an engagement ring in hand and accused me of cheating on you with Mason." I said sighing.

"Elizabeth the divorce lawyer who helped Sol and even tried to seduce me at your fashion show?"

I looked over to him "what did you say!" He tried to back up, but I quickly used my wifey privileges to wrap my legs around his waist and pull him closer to me. "and you didn't fall for it she's not your type anyways but why didn't you tell me!" I said looking up at him. His eyes speak guilt, "because I didn't want you to be more stressed on your big night." I knew he was incapable go falling for the seduction of another women he may be turning a left but this man knows loyalty and is a loyal man when he has a commitment.

"Oh Alejandro.....I love you" I said resting my head on his shoulder. I can feel him smiling as he kisses my head. "I love you too gorgeous." He said as he runs his hands down my back "snuggle with me?" I smirked nodding my head, unwrapping my legs, he chuckles,

"What are you chuckling about?" I said looking up at him.

"Just seeing an opportunity to take my wife but I won't because I can hear Nina's running up the stairs." he said as he planted a chasted  kiss on my lips but I see his devious look in his eyes. Like I said before he is turning over the leaf and it's really hard not to fall in love with him. He steps back allowing me to get out the counter to change into more comfortable clothes.

Nina knocks on the door frantically "Mommy! Daddy!" I heard her voice distress. Alejandro quickly went and open the door  for her and picked her up as she cries into her daddies shoulder. I walk out of the bathroom seeing Nina crying "Mommy! Libby's mommy is so mean she said I am the "B" word in front of everyone because I was playing with Libby at the playground after school!" My blood started to boil! I was about to open my mouth to talk but then she said. "Her mom got in big trouble with her brother uncle grumpy he even picked me up." She sniffles, "and took me to Abuelita who was arriving and calling my name." She is heart broken I am heartbroken I am angry heartbroken! How dare she do that at school does she have no moral boundaries! My little girl!! Bright side Mason was there for her.

Later that night the mood was obviously gone kinda...

Alejandro and I just laid in our bed staring at the ceiling thinking and talking. Wondering how we can protect our Nina from more events like the ones today. Eventually I snuggled against him and sighted. "I have the feeling tomorrow is going to be very awkward." I said softly, he nodded. "Let's try to get some sleep or......stay awake till...." I sit up and look over at him. The moon light is reflecting into our room so I can see him clearly. "Your blushing?" He nods and takes my pillows and hides under it. I giggles and try to take my pillow back. "No Pillow and Wife are mine!" I'm suddenly under him....him...and his ridiculously fast reflexes.

"Wifey tomorrow will be filled with awkwardness."

"Honey at the way I am currently positioned under you I already got the idea."

Our friendship bloomed over time to this and yes I love Mason but I love the man that gave me stability and a family more. From my point of view while the hunk of a husband of mine goes and kisses my neck where I am ticklish the most! Mason needs to be focused on his daughter and building a friendship and a father-daughter relationship with Nina.

Giggles turn into a soft moan and the soft to moans and moans to snores an hour or two later.

With pajamas on the floor and pillows no where to be found on the premises of the bed.

My hair is a mess with no doubt it looks good and one peek on Alejandro's back and I decided I need to cut my nails. His back is scratched it's his fault.

I suddenly wake up with an idea.
"I think we should have one of our security guard stay on campus with Nina." I said yawning as I lay my head on his chest. "I'll call the school in the morning." Alejandro said going back to sleep. And 4 more hours of sleep to go...
