She decided to call me early in the morning. Wala ang housekeeping kaya mag-isa ko lang sa bahay ngayon. It's a normal day for me to be alone at home. Minsan pa nga ay walang laman ang bahay.
I shrugged and turned off my camera. "I don't know. Wait, kain lang."
"Ugh. You must be so bored, wala ka kasama d'yan palagi."
Tumawa ako. "I like being alone, Quinn."
"Still. Hindi ka ba nalulungkot?"
Ngumuso ako. "Not really. Wala naman ako sa bahay madalas."
She sighed, and I saw her enter a botique at the mall. "So, how's your parents? Kailan ka daw mag-mamigrate doon?"
"After graduation. That's the plan."
She smiled. "Good for you, B." she grabbed a dress and showed it to me. "This is so cute. Ito susuotin ko sa birthday ni Dheia!"
It's a black glittery halter top dress. Malaki ang ngiti ni Quinn habang pinapakita niya ito sa akin. She always asks for my opinion on fashion, not that I am even fashionable, but I don't know with her.
"Yeah, suite your tan skin."
"Really?" she smiled and grabbed another one. "This one. Bagay sayo 'to."
It's a nude colored backless asymmetrical spaghetti strap v-neck dress. I have the same with different colors.
"It's nice."
"Kukunin ko. For you."
"What? Hindi na. It's fine."
She jokingly rolled her eyes. "Sige na. Expiration na din ng discount card ko ngayon."
"Sige na nga. Pinipilit mo'ko, eh..." biro ko. She just laughed.
It's Dheia's birthday. She booked a hotel room for her party. Matinding inuman na naman 'yon panigurado. I already got her a gift. A box of her favorite chocolate, pinabili ko pa 'yon kay Mommy. And a Victoria's Secret pjs.
Dapat magkikita kami ngayon ni Quinn pero may kinailangan akong ayusin sa school.
After going to the campus, I decided to get coffee. But not in my usual cafè but in Starbucks. Uunahan ko na, I'm not here to get a glimpse of whoever. I just like to taste different coffees. Wala naman akong hinahabol na oras.
Nagsisimula na humamog sa Baguio. The SM looked ghostly because of the fog inside. This makes it look eerie in a nice way. It's getting chilly. Ber-months na din kasi. It's my favorite time of the year.
Lumabas ako para mas lalong madama ang lamig at hamog. I'm wearing my pink hoodie and just leggings. Sumimsim ako sa kape habang nakahilig sa railings ng roofdeck ng SM Baguio.
Sa harap, tanaw ko ang malaking building ng University of Coldilleras. Sa gilid naman, nandoon ang Skyranch. Ngumuso ako at tumitig sa building na nasa harapan ko.
I took a picture of my coffee of the wonderful view in front of me. I smiled and posted it in my story.
Wala pang sampung minuto ay may nagreply na kaagad. I stood straight when I saw Klaus replied. Tumikhim ako bago ko iyon buksan.
