Hiryoshi can produce toxic fumes from his body, if you breath it in you can pass out, but it also causes serious health problems if you breathe in to much. Can also cause death.

Backstory:
Hiryoshi was treated horribly due to his villainous quirk, being bullied, abused, and taunted all his life up to 15. The last straw was when he has told to jump off a bridge, he contemplated jumping, but was saved by all for one and became a villain.
when hiryoshi became a villain he decided to burn down his old school and home as revenge for what they did to him. He also went on a killing spree, killing his past bullies and others for discrimination towards either quirkless people or people with 'villainous' quirks.
