"Your parent's room?!" Hua Cheng said as he entered the room.
"My room is just right here, in front of this room! Please call me if you need any help!" I said, dodging the topic that was about to start.
"..." Leaving HuaLian speechless.

In Hua Xiao Mei Room
'That was close...' I thought as I closed my room door in a hurry. 'What should I do?! I wanted to talk to them and bond with them, but how... Let's sleep for tonight!' I was about to go to bed when I remembered my plushie. 'Oh, No! I left it in my parent's bedroom!'
At the very next moment
The knock can be heard in the Hualian's room.
"Who can it be?" Xie Lian asked as he sat on the bed.
"I will check!" Hua Cheng said while staring at the door.
"Gege, It's me! Xiao Mei!" The voice came from outside the room, making Xie Lian and Hua Cheng glance at each other.
When Hua Cheng opened the door, he saw Xiao Mei standing at the door nervously.
"Sorry! I forgot my thing here." Xiao Mei exclaimed as she saw Hua Cheng looking at her confusedly.
"..."
"MeiMei! Why are you apologizing? It's your house anyway!" Xie Lian spoke as he also stood from the bed.
"There it is!" Xiao Mei said as she headed toward the bed to take her Penguin Plushie.
"What is this?" Hua Cheng asked, raising his eyebrow in suspicion.
"My plushie!... A soft toy, like small children, use to play or... sleep!" Xiao Mei explained as she understood what Hua Cheng's question meant.
"Are you a child?!" He asked with a smirk.
"What?! No!" Xiao Mei replied without a second thought.
"Yes, you are!" Hua Cheng spoke with a smirk.
"NO!" she opposes.
"San Lang... MeiMei..." Xie Lian called as he tried to interrupt, didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
"Then I am taking it!" Hua Cheng said and tried to grab it from the girl's grip, but she dodged him and slipped toward the cabinet near the bed.
"Interesting! You seem quite fast!" He commented with a smile but again stepped forward to catch her.
"Stop! Is that E-Ming!" Xiao Mei nearly yelled excitedly as she spotted a scimitar beside the bed, making Hua Cheng and Xie Lian stop at their respective places. (Hua Cheng almost caught her and Xie Lian trying to interrupt any probable quarrel.) "Aww! It's so CUTE! CUTER THAN I HAVE SEEN IN THE NOVEL!" Xiao Mei exclaimed as the cursed scimitar stared at her.
"You know you are too noisy to get excited about seeing a weapon?!" Hua Cheng spoke while covering his ear as he was standing near her.
"You also find it cute?!" Xie Lian spoke as he finally found the chance to say between.
"Sorry! It's... I found E-Ming cute that I forgot that it was almost time for you to take the rest!" Xiao Mei said while apologizing for being loud and looking down.
"It's okay!" Xie Lian said as he patted her head.
"Sorry again!" Xiao Mei said as she saw Hua Cheng standing, hands crossed, staring at her.
