Aditya is drunk

Diner time

Everyone was present at the diner except Aditya. He was going to a party after his office according to Laika mother. After finishing dîner I went to my room and changed in comfortable clothes. I was reading Anna Todd's "After" to pass my time.

It was almost midnight, when Heer heared footsteps near her room. It was Aditya, he was struggling to walk straight.

"Heyy babess, how are you? It has been a long time" Aditya said

Heer came near him and smelled him.

"Are you drunkkk?" Heer asked

"No, no, noo. I amm, I am on cloud nine" Aditya

He was playing with her hair and she was furiously looking at him.

"It's not good for your health. You should not drink. You lever can be damaged" Heer

" hmm, hmmm, la la la, baby calm down, calm down" Aditya was randomly singing songs

"I need to put my clothes in the cupboard, there's not space in it. Move your clothes on one side. I can't always keep looking in my suitcase for my clothes" Heer

Aditya was not listening, he was in his own world.

"Aditya Im talking to youu. Helloo?" Heer

He wasn't listening to her, therefore, she grabbed him by his arm and took him to the washroom. She started the shower on him. He was soaking wet and few minutes passed, he wasn't that drunk now.

"You! What the hell." Aditya said and grabbed her by her arm close to him.

"Ouch, leave me" Heer said in pain

There faces were inch's apart and they were together getting wet under the shower.

"My clothes are soaked, so yours should be too" Aditya said in a serious tone

"I want to go, leave my arm" Heer said in pain

Heer's night suit was sheer (see-through), Aditya noticed and left her arm. Heer embarassed, was covering herself with her hands. Aditya took the towel and covered Heer in it. She went to grab another set of pj's from her suitcase. They both changed in night clothes. And then, Heer asked again Aditya to give her some space in the cupboard for her clothes.

"I need space in the cupboard" Heer

"That's my cupboard, I don't want to share" Aditya

"Okay, so let me call Laika mother, I'll tell her" Heer

"Okayyy, wait..." Aditya

He cleared the space and gave her the right side of the closet. Heer started putting her clothes in the closet. There were some traditional wears, casual clothes, pj's, and her inner wear. Laika told Heer earlier that she don't have to wear traditional dresses everyday, she can wear casual clothes as well, no one is going to judge, even Reeba only wear traditional clothes on special occasion.

"When am I starting the work back?" Heer asked Aditya

" I don't know, dad doesn't like his daughter in laws working. Even Ankita is not working. You'll have to act like a housewife for 1 year. And I'll pay you your office fees apart even if you aren't working" Aditya

"No thanks, I don't want that extra fees, I'll get my salary when I'll be working. But what's with this orthodox thinking. How can your father be living in the18th century? Women can work now. I am agreeing to this only because I am in a contract and have to agree on whatever you say" Heer

"I know, but he's grumpy,he doesn't understand. It's difficult..."  Aditya

It was late night, they slept in their side of the bed.
