Y/n said looking almost as if an apocalypse was happening and no one told her

"y/n I want to tell you something but promise me you won't panic"

Just as that was happening the door opened someone was searching for yn

Y/n looked at them both... True she never thought of the old man as her father at first but he still treated her well whenever she went to visit him and she stayed with him all the time on her vacation day and built a strong relationship with him.... She even began calling him dad in place of the dead beat that was her dad in the first life.... Y/n actually liked him and told him all about her reincarnation and he didn't think she was insane
"Felix please tell the emperor I need to leave please"
Y/n said quickly wanting to depart as soon as possible... She went to the palace gates not bother to even change she was leaving weather the emperor liked it or not

"your majesty it is me Felix may I enter it is urgent"
Felix said knocking on the door once he heard the long awaited (come in) he entered only to find the princess eating some sweets with her father, Felix went to the emperor informing him with the news
"tell her I don't allow her to go"
The emperor spoke he sounded cold unlike how he would sound speaking to her, why did he change all of the sudden
"she has a duty to preform she is not allowed to leave"
"But your majesty she already left"
"Felix... Then when she comes tell her she is not needed her anymore"
Athanasia who heard all that had her lips white from realization a part of the book is being played infront of her... No wonder y/n was not mentioned in the book not once
"papa will y/n really not come back but athy loved her so much"
Claude looked at his daughter then at Felix
"tell her to come back during today or else she should pack her bags"

Thought athy as she looked at Felix
On the other side y/n had already left and went to her home in the village seeing her father's life less body made her shiver he looked like a corpse already
"father what happened to you... You were as strong as horse what fell upon you"
The old man didn't answer her he remained silent y/n felt herself crying as she felt a lump in her throat she stayed next to the old man holding his hand as the neighbors brought in doctors who all said they can't help him in this stage
And within a few hours he died... Y/n was having a mental breakdown in time as they were buring him a letter from Felix arrived telling her the emperor's orders.. Y/n as much as she wanted to sit next to her father's grave all night she couldn't and she had to leave she only got to see them bury him
Once y/n arrived at the palace she walked to the emperor's office not finding him there she decided to leave him a note of her arrival and left to go to her own room... He was not there tonight... But she thought he would just come later... She sat on her bed and cried her heart out trying to be as quiet as ever...
For the next few weeks he didn't visit he didn't talk to her only ordered things from her y/n believed he forgot about her in turn not wanting to lose the only thing she still had she would read about magic and how to undo it almost every single day before she slept her once very empty shelves were filled to the brim with heavy books she read
All of the told her that if she wanted to undo a black magic a normal human not a mage she would have to sacrifice a human or sacrifice something dear to her...
Even though she knew about this she still didn't have the courage to do it until....
