It's been a little bit over 3 months since Kaworu moved into Tokyo 3, he became good friends with Shinji, Asuka, toji, Kensuke, and Rei (ish)
Kaworu is quite a popular student, sometimes Shinji wonders why kaworu is still friends with him, although he's not upset about it. He's glad kaworu is still friends with him.
Shinji wakes up on an icy morning, it's extra cold today,
Shinji looks outside and looks at the snow, it's so it's gloomy outside.
'.. I hate the cold..'
Shinji picks up his phone and goes to Instagram scrolling through old posts on Asuka's account, with his mind on a certain silver-haired boy.
'I can't really remember if I confronted him about the photos.'
Scrolling back to photos taken back in November, Shinji finds the photos from when he saw...
Wait. Where is he?
'I could have sworn I saw him in these photos.'
With a confused look, he put his phone down and began getting ready for the day.
First, he made his bed. Found clothing to put on.

Walking out his bedroom door, Shinji grabs his phone and leaves
Walking to the front door and is about to open it
"And where do you think you're going?"
Shinji turns around and spots his father
"Oh.! I uh- I'm going to a nearby cafe." Shinji says
"Alright, please turn on you're location when you get there." his father says
"Thank you, Father," Shinji says
'That was surprising'
Shinji walks out of the house and starts walking to his nearby cafe, he doesn't come often but the coffee tastes amazing.
While walking Shinji sees Rei walking carrying A bag of supplies and a laptop.
'Should I walk up to her?'
Shinji makes his mind.
Shinji decides to bother rei.
running towards her, he starts shouting- just enough for Rei to hear him.
"Ayanami! Wait up!" Shinji says waving his hands in the air
"Ikari? What are you doing?" rei says with a confused face
"Wait up—"
*SLAM!*
Shinji gets cut off after he slams into concrete pavement
Rei immediately drops her things in the snow and starts walking towards Shinji.
"Oh my God, Ikari are you okay?"
With no response, Rei panicked,
"Uhh mm, what do I do?" Rei said not knowing what to do
(An: Obviously)
"I'm fine," Ikari said
He got into a sitting position for a few seconds then got up , revealing a bloody bruise on his forehead.
"Well you certainly don't look fine." Rei says
"Would you like to go to a cafe with me?" Shinji says while looking like he's about to cry
"Are you okay? Are you sure you didn't cause a serious injury?" Rei asks
"I'm fine I swear."Shinji replies
"Yeah sure, I'll go to the cafe with you." Rei says with a monotone voice
