Keithara gathered her strength and tried to push him away. She shoves his broad shoulder with her tiny hands but he barely bulges from his spot. Wakeel was much stronger than her.

He smirked.

"Unless you decide to tell the reason why you are avoiding me, you and I are not leaving this room, little girl."

She tried to push him one more time. He sighed. He grabs both of her arms and pins them against the wall.

Keithara gasps.

"What are you doing?" She widens her eyes.

"Trying to get answers from you, obviously. Or ..." His eyes linger on her lips.

She bites her lower lips.

Wakeel groans. "Before things get out of hand, let's stick to the plan, Thara."

He looks directly into her eyes as she gulps.

"There are consequences for avoiding me, little girl." He warned.

"Why are you hiding away from me?" He whispers.

"I-i-i-"

Her words were cut short when someone burst through the doors of the classroom. There stood near the classroom door was the popular girl in school. Eryna gasps as she narrows her eyes at Wakeel and Keithara.

Eryna runs the high societies in school. She was the it girl. Nobody can mess with her and she gets anything she wants with just a snap of her fingers. Her parents have made large amounts of donations to the school so it made sense that she was untouchable. Arielle had warned Keithara of her presence and told her to beware and stay away from her especially since she was the new student in school.

To make things even more interesting, Eryna has her eyes on Wakeel for the longest time. However, not once has he ever batted his eyes in her direction. She made it her mission to claim him one day. She took her time knowing no one would dare to flirt with her lover. Not until Keithara came along. Her presence made Eryna feel like she was competing for Wakeel's attention.

At that moment, Keithara knows that her fate has already been sealed.

"What is going on here?" Gritted Eryna.

Wakeel immediately let Keithara go and put a distance between them. He cleared his throat before settling his eyes on Eryna. Keithara hugs herself as she falls her gaze on the floor.

"Are you seriously dating her?" Asked Eryna as she narrowed her eyes at him.

Wakeel didn't utter a single word before he walked out of the classroom, leaving the two girls alone. Eryna folds her hand in front of her. She looks at Keithara from top to bottom.

"Kau siapa? Bapa kau kerja apa? Kau tinggal rumah berapa tingkat? Berapa besar rumah kau? What's your society level?" Bombarded Eryna.

"I-i-" Stuttered Keithara.

"I-i-i- Jawab lah!" She mocked.

"Kau kalau nobody dekat sini baik kau stay away from Wakeel. He's mine. He is way out of your league, sweetheart." She rolled her eyes.

"Find a man who fits your status." She snickers before walking away.

Keithara sighs. She knows. She knows that she has already started to fall for the devilish handsome senior in her school. She also knows that she could never have him.

He could never be hers.

Nothing makes a room feel emptier than wanting someone in it.
