12 hours later

I reached korea and the first thing I did was to visit our warehouse to check on the raw materials used ....

Everything was fine, all the materials were organic and in good state

Next I went to the makeup factory
All the people including the certified chemist of our factory gathered

Everything was perfectly fine , even according to the professional chemist nothing was wrong . All the procedure is like usual .
Then how can ppl have any problem

moreover we provide a barcode behind every product for a personal consultant in case any person suffers from any unsuitability with the products which rarely happens

I don't find the reason, why the matter became so serious that the customer has to directly report it on social media ??
