After the loss of the Kamado family, and having the two eldest siblings survive, Neuzko, the eldest daughter was determined to cure her older brother who has now become a demon and fight the demon who murdered her family. As Tanjiro became a demon, at first he craved human flesh, blood, etc, but he was already convinced to not lay his mouth or hands on another human being, as he was once was before. Instead, not even being in the demon slayer corps, fought along side with his sister Nezuko. It's been 2 years since the death of the Kamado siblings family, and they still had not luck in finding a cure just yet.

Until they met a doctor, posing as a human but was secretly a demon, that claimed they will make a cure for Tanjiro, not only that, they already know which demon the Kamado siblings must kill in hm order to advenge their family's death. However one day, as Neuzko was busy fighting demons, Tanjiro was dragged away by the demon and was severely struggling, until he heard someone come and save him, that being Kanao, a kind demon slayer, who was obviously in love with Tanjiro, as she would do anything to gain Tanjiro's attention and affection.

Tanjiro found her way to loud so he stayed away from her. However, he felt as if he was being watched, and he was not wrong, what Tanjiro was unaware of is that, one of the 12 Kizuki, had been following and admiring Tanjiro from a distance. That being upper 5, Muichiro, Muichiro was a small innocent demon, at least that is what everyone thinks, Muichiro if he had lived, would have been atleast 15-16, but he remained in his 14 year old body, so demon slayers would underestimate the demon. Muichiro couldn't help but find Tanjiro cute, small, and pure and kept following and looking for him during his free time.

He could easily kill the people around Tanjiro with no problem, but he wanted to take a more gentle approach, wanting Tanjiro to trust him before taking everything else away from him, keeping Tanjiro for himself. After all, the demon king wants Tanjiro to stay immortal forever, so Muichiro would be claiming Tanjiro and pleasing his leader at the same time. Muichiro was getting tired and annoyed by Kanao, he wanted to go down and kill her already. Muichiro befriend a crow named Ginko, who recently lost the demon slayer she was guiding to Muichiro. The demon slayer was a girl who abused Ginko and pinned her down with her sword, only to be later killed by Muichiro and Muichiro freed Ginko.

Ginko now works for Muichiro, as a thank you for saving her, and often lures new demon slayers to Muichiro, and watched as Muichiro devours them after killing them. Ginko, received an order from Muichiro and went down, catching Kanao's attention. Kanao was not used to being ordered by another crow, but Ginko's presences and words made Kanao and followed her as a way to get her to be quiet. As Kanao looked away, she realized she fallen for the demon's trap and was now facing off upper 5, as Muichiro jumped down from the tree he been sitting on and began trying to kill Kanao.

Kanao freaked out, trying to keep herself alive, but she never fought an upper moon alone before, and the last time she did with her friend's, she almost got herself killed. Kanao was desperate to keep her life, not wanting to give up her life to a demon just yet, but Muichiro was a lot stronger than her. Kanao was about to pass out, from all the blood she was using, caused by the slashed she been taking after constantly getting trapped in Muichiro's mist. Suddenly, Tanjiro ran in and began attempting to save Kanao from losing her life.

Muichiro was furious, seeing the sight of the person he fell in love with just with his eyes, now protecting someone he despises. He trapped Tanjiro in his mist with his blood demon art and snuck behind Tanjiro, and grabbed onto Tanjiro, kidnapping him. Kanao ran back to Nezuko and Nezuko was surprised to hear that Tanjiro and Kanao encounter upper 5. Nezuko was exhausted during the fight with another demon, and couldn't bare the thought of losing her brother ot another demon, knowing that Tanjiro was seen as a traitor to the other demons. She was determined to save her brother front he demon's arms and stood up and ran off, searching for any kids of hint of where her brother may be.

Meanwhile, Tanjiro tried to fight back and Muichiro, being stronger, managed to send Tanjiro to sleep, just by using a spell with his mist. He held Tanjiro closer and settled them in a tree, when Tanjiro woke up, he was surprised to see an Uppermoon, being gentle and kind. The two were not so far apart in age, as when the two turned into demons, their aging stop, leaving Muichiro to being 14, and Tanjiro being 13. Even so, Tanjiro wanted to find his sister, and desperately tried to leave, but Muichiro's embrace prevented him and he couldn't escape.

Hours turned into days, days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months, and Tanjiro was still trapped in Muichiro's arms. Tanjiro tried his best, to prevent Muichiro from eating humans, but Muichiro couldn't help it if that is what he was already into. Muichiro one night, snuggled into Tanjiro's chest and fell asleep, and that's when Muichiro felt his arm get cut off by a demon slayer, that being Nezuko, and a Hashira, Michikatsu. Tanjiro was relieved to find her sister, safe and healthy, and Nezuko couldn't help but feel the same way. However Tanjiro tried to help Muichiro, protecting him as Muichiro regenerated his limbs.

As Muichiro attempted to kill Michikatsu, his eyes widen as he saw Nezuko run away with Tanjiro and he ran off to look for him, leaving Michikatsu confused. Muichiro couldn't find Tanjiro after that, and was determined to find Tanjiro once again, however to next time he'll see him would be his last...

Tanjiro was separated from Nezuko during her fright with upper 3 in the infinity castle and was tossed into a random room with the moving doors and walls and found Muichiro, Muichiro eyes lit up as he saw Tanjiro and tried to run to him, but Michikatsu protected Tanjiro from Muichiro's hands and Muichiro suddenly cut Michikatsu arm clean off and hugged Tanjiro. Tanjiro blushed a little and hugged Muichiro back, Muichiro couldn't take it longer, and kissed Him. Tanjiro's face turned red but suddenly, he felt thousands of drops of blood falling onto his lap as he felt Muichiro's head drop onto his lap.

Tanjiro freaked out and so did Muichiro slightly, knowing Michikatsu beheaded him. Tanjiro couldn't bear to see the sight of Muichiro fading into as and slowly fading away in this arms, Muichiro only gave a weak smile and felt tears falling down his eyes, knowing the person he loved, had loved him back. Tanjiro cried and held Muichiro close and kissed Muichiro's lips before he faded away, leaving behind his clothes. Tanjiro, was still hurt by his lost with Muichiro, and even as he became human, he couldn't get over the death.

He fell in love with Muichiro during their time together, even if they were never made for each other in that world. Now being recarnated, they were finally able to live the life they never could in their past live...
