Mental breakdown 😎😎

I just had a bit, 

Of a problem in the gym

Haikus over friends

I should go tell them 

But i dont want to tell them 

So i write haikus

Hope my friends forgot

That i write haikus on here 

Dont want them to see

Had mental breakdown

No controll over body

Someone else controlled

They were in the lead

In my body was not me

But was someone else

I dont want to see

That person come out again

It was dangerous

Listened to music

Disregarded my safety

This is all for now

Hurt myself real bad

It was dangerous for me 

But just a little

Last year was not good 

I wanted to end myself

But glad i didnt

Now i go to gym

To work out my own issues

Hope they get fixed soon
