Tanya the princess of Shou-long

The Banished warrior

(An: This chapter will be shorter). 

Tanya sat in her study reviewing Military reports regarding the status of the war effort against the Earth kingdom forces and despite The earth kingdom armies outnumbering Shou-longs by 3 to 1. Further more there was that moon incident last night and she had no idea what had happened that had caused the moon to turn red and then black.

'Hmm It seems those old threats made by past earth kings war nothing more than empty threats during the start of the 100 year war. Their army is so Inept it's a miracle they have been giving the fire nation this much trouble for the last 100 years If they actually had competent leaders the earth kingdom may actually be dangerous but seriously a 9 year old soldier could probably beat the earth kingdom troops with their eyes shut. Further more I believe that something is up with the water tribes since they are connected to the moon and with what happened last night makes me more certain that something happened.' Tanya thought to herself.

the forces around Maolong were having some trouble spreading out into the surrounding provinces but so far everything was proceeding along schedule. Zon-lao had been receiving 3 times the refuges since the war began most likely due to the army increasing Shou-longs presence there.

However Tanya was also very annoyed since Shou-long had great technology they too had incompetent leaders. well correction Incompetent leader that being General Olsin an arrogant noble man who had bought his general uniform basically and was extremely reckless with his plans. 

Today Tanya was actually supposed to meet with him to hear his "Oh so brilliant grand strategy to win Shou-long the war. 

Eventually the good general and Shou-long's foreign minister entered her study.

"greetings General and minister I would like this meeting to be over with quickly since I have a meeting with Admiral cozen this afternoon." Tanya stated with a a hint of annoyance with a certain general who was busy apparently admiring his uniform. 

"certainly princess now I believe our best course of action would be to-." The minister began before a certain General cut him off.

"We should amass our forces and charge right to ba sing se and burn it to the ground." The general Stated arrogantly most likely believing his plan. A plan that Tanya believed could not be any stupider.  Tanya slammed her head on her desk while the foreign Minister slapped his own forehead.

"General I will try to put this Nicely But are you Drunk or something."

"Indeed I am Princes Drunk on the cup of Victory." He stated arrogantly.

'If he makes one more arrogant comment like that I'm going to court martial him on the grounds of torturing the crown princess.' Tanya thought to herself while rubbing her temples Simultaneously. 

"I will consider Your proposals I trust you have them written out correct." Tanya stated eager to end this meeting way sooner if possible. 

Both men handed Tanya scrolls and she then dismissed them. Almost Immediately Tanya used Fire bending and destroyed the generals plan before her other generals lost their minds due to the stupidity of his planning.

She then had some tea before meting with the navy high command. She knew that their new Iron clad warships were mostly Used for Home defense and Tanya could tell why. She Knew that IN case the Earth Navy or Pirates Got closer to the Shou-long mainland they could use the powerful ships to repel the invasion before it started. 

arriving the Naval Ministry the Admirals all stood at attention as their Princess entered the room. 

"At ease Gentle Men I know I'm early but let's Just say that I cut my last meeting early." 

"It's alright princess I assume you want our reports."

Tanya Nodded as she took her seat at the head of the table.

"Well the 5th fleet is currently softening up a fishing village so Our forces can launch a small invasion to make a larger trade route in the north for more resources."

"The 7th fleet has defeated another pirate fleet this time in the west sea once again however there was a large number of water benders which is surprising since the north pole is said to have nearly all water benders in the world."

"Could they Be actually Sponsoring the Pirate raiders."

"I Don't think so It would be A violation of the treaty." 

Tanya However was not convinced she knew the North was allied to the earth kingdom so it was possible. However it was the next report that caught her by surprise.

"The 9th fleet was on patrol trying to capture a pirate fleet that had attacked one of our shipments.  However suddenly a raft approached them and it had 5 people on it there was a young girl who we brought with us along with the 4 wounded soldiers all of which were fire nation. "

Tanya was shocked but her family was very clear that Shou-long Military personnel were to treat the enemy especially if they were wounded with compassion and mercy.

"Take me to this Girl I wish to speak to her." Tanya ordered.

Immediately the admirals sent Guards to collect her.

She was then brought in she was clearly water tribe and Tanya could tell she was around her age. Dark skinned with brown hair and grey eyes.

"Stand at attention. You are in the presence of princess Tanya Great warrior and Heir of the throne of the great kingdom of Shou-long." The 9th fleet admiral sated to the Girl.

recognise shined in her eyes as the girl immediately bowed to Tanya.

"There's no need for formality here my friend what's your name."

"Kyra Shynx ." She replied standing up smiling.

"do you have something more to say." Tanya questioned.

"OH sorry Princess. But your my hero and Many women IN the north pole think similarly with word of your duel with  Azula made many of us want to be warriors instead of healers."

"I see Now then my I have a question for you is why is a waterbender saving wounded fire nation soldiers."

"well you see Princess I was Banished."
