I was so excited about catnap joining the group, he seemed fun to be around even tho he just....stood....there smiling...

But that's okay! He's probably just shy and happy to be here!

/Timeskip to a hour before his friends get to his house for the sleepover/

I was waiting for them to come over as I was cleaning before I heard a ....KNOCK.... Dogday looks over at the door as his tail starts wagging as he runs over and opens the door as he sees kickin chicken and hoppy hopscotch and? Catnap!

I smile as I let them inside smiling as they walk inside and sit down

I look at them as I say "do you guys want anything? To drink? Eat?"

Hoppy looks at dogday and smiles and says "ooo~ can I have some tea? I heard you make good tea!"

Kickin smiles and says "same here!"

I smile before looking over at catnap who was just sitting there watching

"Hey catnap! Do you want anything? I can make you some tea too!" I said happily wagging my tail excited as it slowly stopped wagging as he didn't say anything as he only looked at me... staring at me... I felt chills go down my spine as I smile awkwardly before saying "catnap?" I look at him as I see him nod a little as I smile again as I say "okay! Do you want hot tea? Or what type of tea?" I look at catnap before remembering he isn't a talker as he just stared at me as I look at kickin and hoppy

Kickin: yo! Can I have sweet tea? Wait no! Half and half!

Hoppy bounces and says "oh oh oh! I want carrot tea!"

I nod as I look at catnap

*...*

"If you want- you can come with me and just pick out what tea you want"
I say as catnap doesn't say anything as I start to walk into the kitchen before hearing footsteps... I look behind me as I see catnap walking with me to the kitchen as I smile as I grab his hand dragging him to the kitchen

"Okay so! The tea is in the cabinet on the top right! As if you need anything else then you can ask me!"

*...*

"Or just help yourself- since you can't? Talk?"

I watch as catnap just did his own thing making his tea as I made hoppy's and kickin's tea

/Timeskip after everyone got to the sleepover/

I watch as everyone is having fun as I feel happy as I notice catnap on the couch leaning against the arm rest drinking his tea. I remembered how he made his tea differently as it had a good smell

I sit across from catnap on the other side of the couch as I look at catnap curious as I was able to smell his tea from where I was(because he's a fucking dog 👹 bro can smell anything 😱)

I watch as catnap drinks his tea oblivious to everything around him

{Catnaps pov} (finally 👹)
I sit on the couch drinking my tea watching everyone as I stayed silent as I stare at my tea as I felt like I was being watched as I look up noticing the orange dog? I believe his name was dogsay? Day dog...? Dogday... Yeah dogday was his name I believe...?

I stare at him back as he seemed to notice me staring back at him as he looks away awkwardly seeming to be not wanting to look weird...

I look at my tea as I was about to take a another sip before hearing someone say "hey catnap?" I look up to see dogday as I stare at him before he continues talking

Dogday: I couldn't help but noticed the way you made your tea- and I also couldn't help noticing the smell. It smells good. What is it?

I stare at him before holding up a package that the tea was from as it was a cinnamon packet

Dogday: ooo~ cinnamon tea? I never had that before? I mean I have but yours smell different then normal cinnamon tea?

*...*

I stare at him as I shrug before trying to take a sip of my tea before getting interrupted by dogday saying "can I try?"

I look at him as he tilts his head. I stare at him

Dogday: like- can I have a sip? It smells good! And the smell is calming.

I sigh quietly before handing him the cup as his eyes lit up as he takes a sip before staring at me

*...*

Dogday says happily smiling like crazy "wow! This is really good! It makes me feel calm tbh- how do you make it? I totally need to have this more often!"

I stare at him before taking the cup from him as he stares at me and then says "... Is it a secret recipe?"

I nod as i drink the rest as I put the cup down as I look at dogday

Dogday stares at me before saying "oh yeah! Where do you wanna sleep? I mean we are all planning to sleep in the living room. As they all brought there sleeping bags! But... You don't have a sleepbag yet so if ya want- I can give you a pillow and blanket for tonight."

I stare at him as I just stared as I slowly nod as I watched him nod as he got up and walked away

/Timeskip at night when everyone was getting ready to sleep/
{Dogdays pov}
It was pretty late at night as some of us were having trouble sleeping as I rememberd that the worker said catnap was supposed to help us sleep

I look at catnap who was snuggled in a blanket sleeping on the couch as I didn't want to wake him up but me and the rest of the critters were really tired and having trouble sleeping

I walk over to catnap as I slowly shake him gently as I say "hey catnap.... Catnap-?"

I watch as catnap opened one eye and looked at me

"Um... So sorry to wake you... Up .. but me and the others are having trouble sleeping... As we wonder if you can help us?"

I look at him before looking at the others who were having trouble sleeping since it was raining outside as it was a thunderstorm

I look at catnap who sits up looking around before signing as I see red gas come out from his mouth as everyone passed out and felled asleep as I starting getting dizzy as I passed out too

Dogday passes out and falls limply into catnaps arms as catnap put dogday on the other side of the couch as he covers dogday in blankets as catnap checked if everyone was asleep before sitting down watching them....

/A couple hours later/

Catnap gets tired as he falls asleep as well on the other side of the couch
