-Battle On Mugen Train-
Y/N P.O.V
I shake my head, trying to dismiss the thought. I've got to focus on battle. I jump out of the way when one of the tendrils tries to attack me. I pull out my sword and slice them into pieces. Where does this flesh even came from? All these happened when I was asleep?
I run forward and slices the flesh as it engulfs one of the passengers. I feel something sliding up my feet. I look down to see the flesh it creeping up my ankle. I try to slice it, only for another tendrils to grab my wrists. I let out a pained scream feeling it biting onto my arms.
The next thing I know is the tendrils releases my arms. I turn my head to see Rengoku had saved me. "You go and take care of this demon with young Kamado and the boar head boy. I'll protect the passengers here" he said. I stare at him worriedly. I'm not doubting his strength. But how is he going to protect everyone? He notices the look on my face and turn to look at me.
"Don't worry. Put your faith in me, Y/N. I can handle the situation here. Now hurry up and go. Young Kamado and the boar head boy are fighting on the train's roof, and they're going to need your help" he said. I bit my lips, while staring worriedly at him. He gives me a smile trying to assure me. I hesitantly nod my head, deciding to just put my trust in him. After all, Rengoku is also a Hashira just like me. I rush towards the door.
I do a flip and land swiftly on the roof of the train. I hear the sound of fighting and turn my head to the direction. I notice the two boys fighting over there. I quickly run towards them and slices off the flesh that tries to attack them.
"Have you figure out where the neck of this demon is?" I asked. I jump out of the way as one of the tendril try to grab me. I turn my head to look at Kamado.
"We have, L/N-San! It's right beneath that!" He said. I turn my head to look down to see a clump of fleshes. I nod my head and turn to look at him.
"You go and handle that. I'll give you cover" I said. He nods his head at what I said. I jump forward. "Breath of Phoenix - Ashes Reborn, Scorch!" I said. I spin around and slashes multiple tendrils at the same time. "Now, Kamado!" I yelled out, jumping aside. He brush passed me and do the final blow.
The train begins to shake violently, causing everyone to go off balance. I land on the ground with a loud thud and rolls a few times before finally stopping. I let out a pained cry as I lay on the ground. I open my eyes to see my sight is slightly blurry. I close my eyes, feeling my body healing on its own.
"Are you okay, L/N-San?" A voice said. I open my eyes to see Agatsuma. His eyes travel down to my body. "Y-Your wounds... they've healed!!" He exclaimed, while pointing at me. I let out a sigh and move to sit up which makes him backs away a little.
"What? You think I'm a demon?" I asked. He just stared at me nervously. I huffed at his reaction and move to sit up. "Wake up, boy. I literally came with you in broad daylight. How am I a demon when the sun is up, idiot" I said.
"Oh... r-right. Sorry" he said, sheepishly. I just shake my head and stands up. I walk towards where Rengoku is as he tends to Kamado, who seems to have gained a wound on his stomach. I stand next to Rengoku as he gives out instruction to the young boy.
I kneel down next to him. "Your bleeding had stopped. Good job, Kamado" I said. He opens his eyes to look at me and smiles. I smile softly at him. I feel something coming towards us. "The fight isn't over yet" I said, moving to stand up and pulls out my sword again.
A crash occurs along with dust. I tighten my grip around the hilt of my nichirin sword. Once the smoke is cleared, a figure can be seen.

My eyes widen at the sight of him. I move to stand in front of the others, knowing exactly how strong this man is. His smile widens when his eyes met mine.
"Ah, fancy to meet you here, Y/N-Sama" he said. I feel pairs of eyes on me. I turn my head to see Kamado and his friends staring at me with a confused gaze. Akaza let out a laugh as he notices their stares as well. "Oh, you didn't know? Your senior here is chosen by the Demon King to be his Queen. And now that she's here right in front of me, I gotta make sure to bring her back where she belongs. Muzan-Sama misses you a lot, Y/N-Sama. You should come home..." he said, adverting his gaze towards me as he said the last sentence.
I just stay silent at what he said. It reminds me of the dream I had in that train. How Muzan looks worried and caring towards me. I shake my head rapidly as I try to dismiss that thought. I shouldn't be thinking about that in a situation like this! I should focus on fighting this Upper Moon.
"Shut up, Akaza! I want nothing to do with your lord. I'm not his Queen! I don't plan to be" I said. He hums at what I said. His eyes turn to the side, staring past me. As I blink my eyes, he had lunges forward, trying to attack Kamado who's lying on the ground. Rengoku is quick to react and blocks his attack.
"Why do you keen on attacking a wounded person?" He said. His voice sounded calm. But I feel the anger in him. He's clearly not happy to see Akaza had targeted young Kamado. I can't let Rengoku fight Akaza on his own. He is too powerful for him. I have to do something! I have to help him fight, or he's not going to survive this fight.
