atsumu looked up from his phone and awkwardly waddled towards the store. all of the setter boys were scattered throughout the mall, looking for potential jobs. sakusa kiyoomi from itachiyama was currently working in the front, taking the customers' orders. he was wearing a mask while wearing a silly plastic bodysuit to prevent any germs from touching him. they weren't particularly familiar with each other but they have met before considering their clubs.

"ahem- so can i get a cheeseburger?" atsumu ordered while leaning on the front counter.

"miya, what are you up to?" sakusa asked, totally ignoring the order.

"woah let's not take our relationship so fast, i just wanted a cheeseburger." atsumu explained.

"a cheeseburger isn't healthy for volleyball players." sakusa stated stoically.

"where's your manager?" atsumu asked jokingly.

"she's not here." sakusa said plainly.

"nevermind- can i actually get a job application? i need a summer job." atsumu asked.

sakusa looked at him weirdly. atsumu could tell he gave him a judgmental look despite him wearing a mask.

"you can apply online. no offense but... i don't want to touch your hands, even with gloves on." sakusa answered.

atsumu snorted in disbelief but decided not to provoke another silly argument and left the store.

"hands up, iwa!" oikawa jumped out, causing iwaizumi to hop slighty.

"what the fuck- oikawa?!" iwaizumi exclaimed.

"i should be saying that, what are you discussing with our number one mortal enemy?!" oikawa hollered.

"calm down oikawa." ushijima cut in.

"i'm not talking to you." oikawa scowled.

"ushijima, you can go ahead without me... i'll talk to him privately." iwaizumi sighed.

"okay, i'll see you." ushijima said before he left.

"dumbass, what in the world are you doing here?" iwaizumi spared no time to scold his childhood friend.

"i'm getting a job!" oikawa stated proudly.

iwaizumi hit oikawa on the shoulder as he got irritated by his comment.

"shut up." iwaizumi hit oikawa again, causing him to let out another yelp.
