So far, there are 5 official stages of this infection.
It is not known what this infection is called or how it started, but symptoms of this have been reported over the last week.
Stage 1, 12-24 hours after wound:
- Red eyes
- Confusion
- Excessive redness around wound/bite mark(s)
Stage 2, 36-48 hours after wound:
- Bloodshot eyes
- Extreme confusion
- Excessively hungry
- Redness around wound/bite mark(s) start to spread
Stage 3, 60-72 hours after wound:
- Eyes start to water red (blood?)
- Rotten wound/bite mark(s)
- Insanity
Stage 4, 72-(any) hours after wound:
- Eyes are completely red
- Rotten body
- Parts of body will deform
NOTE: In stage 4, you will end up dying, however it has been reported that your body will continue to move and uncontrollably infect others. We recommend to stay cautious of people like this. They are said to be very noticeable.
Stage 5: Any hours after wound:
- Body will die out
NOTE: Fortunately, at stage 5, the body of one who is no longer alive will end up failing and rot. This means it can't infect or hurt any other people.

It should be known that people in stage 1 are not very noticeable, however if you even suspect someone may be infected, isolate them from anybody immediately. This infection is completely incurable and officials say that the only thing we can do thus far is avoid said person from any others.
This infection is spread by anybody who is infected, (in stage 2 - 4) biting another person. It hasn't been reported that anybody in stage 1 has ever infected anyone.
What possesses people in stage 4 is unknown. All we know is that something is inside of them, pretending to be them. It's always pretty obvious they're fake..but be aware.
