Did you believe in the "Invisible Thread Theory"? Ito 'yung paniniwala na may invisible thread na nagkokonekta sa mga taong itinadhana na magtagpo, kahit saan, kahit kailan. Ang thread nato ay pedeng ma-stretch or magbuholbuhol, but it will never break. If naniniwala ka man o hindi, ang kwentong ito ay magbibigay linaw at aral tungkol sa theory na ito.

Ang storya nato ay umiikot sa isang lalake na papangalanan nating Hermes Silvermoon at sa isang babae na papangalan nating Mariz Reagan Sunspark. And they lived far apart from each other.

(Hermes's POV)

Hi, I'm Hermes Silvermoon, isang civil engineering student from a prestigious school. I'm the type of person na multi-talented-I'm good at playing online games, magsolve ng math problems, chess, basketball, painting, playing the guitar, cooking, acting, drawing, calligraphy, at marami pang iba, pero hindi ko ito inii-improve kapag walang dahilan o kailangan. Noon, I lived a life with the same routine every day-gigising, kakain, maglalaro ng online games, mag-aaral, kakain, maglalaro ng online games,maliligo, kakain, maglalaro ng online games at matutulog. Halos pabayaan ko na ang sarili ko noon. But everything changed since she came.

She came.

Araw-Araw lagi kong tinatanong sa sarili ko na magkakakulay pa kaya ang mundo ko. What is definition of love para sa akin? Kaya kopa magbago at umahon pa sa kinalulugaran ko?

Para syang math problem na di ko masolve, ang hirap intindihin or unawain.

Until she came...

I was lost before we met, kasi kakatapos ko lang sumali sa isang math quiz bee, at sadly, hindi ko na-meet ang expectations ko sa sarili noon. Naka-top 6 ako sa buong province namin, pero sabi ko nga, hindi ko na-meet ang expectations ko. Gusto ko talaga maging champion at lumaban sa national. Pero ang mali ko, hindi ko hinasa ang utak at mga talents ko, masyado akong kampante. Kaya noong round 3 na ng contest, kinarma ako, kinain ako ng pressure kasi hindi ko alam kung paano gagawin sa ibang items ng round 3, hindi kasi ako nag-review. Ang hindi pag-review that time ay isa sa pinakamalaking regrets ko sa buhay. I felt the sense of failure at that time.

At that time, some people congratulated me for placing in the top 6, while others comforted me for not becoming the champion, like my family, friends, and classmates, but the pain in my heart remained.

So I distracted myself, I played online games (Mobile Legends) day by day, pero na-cut off siya noong October 19, 2023, at 10 pm, dahil sa naranasan kong losing streak. I couldn't focus at that time, my attention was still nasa contest. So I tried to change my pace, by trying an app called VibraMatch na nakita ko lang sa Facebook ads.

Sa una, nangangapa pa ako kasi beginner pa lang ehh, kaya pinag-aralan ko yung app na iyon ng mga isang oras at nilagay kong username ko ay Xayn (eme eme kolang yan at para maiba naman). Then, may nakita akong feature ng app which is yung Soul Game, at bigla akong nagkaroon ng idea. And my idea is to tell the term "Hi, palambing" sa mga makakamatch ko at iobserve ang replies nila (wala na talaga akong magawa siguro that time). Sampu (10) yung pede mong maka match sa isang araw sa app nayun. Yung nine (9) na nakamatch ko that time masyadong expected na yung mga replies nila. But my one (1) girl na pumukaw ng interest ko. Which is si Riz.

Riz is so pleasant to be with and chat/talk. Ang unang impressions ko sa kanya ay madaldal, medyo maldita, good listener, at higit sa lahat comfy ako sa kanya. Ikaw banamn kinuwento agad nya yung talambuhay nya sa akin even midnight na. Syempre nakinig ako and na touch on the same time so i tell her my story too.

(Mariz's POV)

I, Mariz Reagan Sunspark was living 18 years old. Who was living plain and simple, until he came.

He came.

When I was young, palagi ko lang tinatanong sa sarili ko na..what is love? is that a true emotion?

It was hard to figure out.

Until he came.

I was brokenhearted two months before we met. By the person I trusted suddenly, I believed that easily. It was hard, no. It was complicated. To love.

I met and knew a lot of friends and experienced pain.

Day 19 of October, 2023 was a special day, I was in the app, called "VibraMatch" passed 11 pm. Kinakain ako ng antok, boredom, yan ang mga dahilan kung bakit ako napadpad sa application na iyan, na hindi ko akalain na it would make my life experience more fun and happiness.

I was about to quit in feature "soul game" in that app, but there's a person. A person who pull my interest and attention. Binalak kong umalis, pero dahil sa kalokohan, biruan, lalong humaba ang pag uusap namin. It was a timing.

Madaldal, jolly, at may pagka pilyo at syempre babaero. Oops! impression ko iyan sa kaniya nung una, syempre.

Ika ba naman, I imagined how many girls he sent this line.

But that line did not play as a hindrance, I talked to him and told my story. Then, he tells his story to me too.

As the night deepened, our conversation continued to unfold, weaving a connection between us that seemed to defy the distance separating our physical locations. Each message exchanged felt like a step closer, parang naglalapit ng agwat sa pagitan ng mundo ni Xayn at sa akin.

Despite the late hour, I found myself drawn to our conversation, at ayaw kong matapos ito. Xayn's words resonated with me, sparking a curiosity and interest that I hadn't felt in a long time. He was more than just a stranger on an app; he was someone who seemed to understand me in a way that others didn't.

As I bid him good night, even though I didn't want to, pero I needed to sleep na that time dahil kailangan ko nang matulog at maghanda para sa pageant sa aming paaralan kinabukasan (isa ako sa contestant).

And I couldn't help but think that day na baka ito na nga ang simula ng isang bagay na makabuluhan sa aming dalawa.
