Your POV:

Why did this happen to me?!

My best friend probably won't even look at me.

I went home immediately and cried.

The rest of the week, I ignored the whole swim team, and the whole school.

That was normal. Nagisa, Makoto, and Gou tried to talk to me, but I ignored them.

Today is Monday, and I am entering school.

The bell rings and I almost enter class.

Haru's in this class.

Before I could enter, I was pulled out and slammed into the lockers.

I look up without interest and see that it's Erika Shizuku, one of the bullies in my school.

"Let's take this outside during lunch." She said.

I sighed, I knew this was coming, and I walked back to class.

Once lunch came, I came to the spot we'd meet at.

"Ready, L/N?" Erika's crew asked.

Three other girls are with Erika.

I sighed and leaned against the wall.

"Get it over with." I said.

And with that, I was beaten.

Probably black eyes, bloody lips. The normal.

I'd take it from them, I don't know why.

What made me break, was a voice.

"Hey! What are you doing?!"

"Crap, just leave me alone..." I said.

"Get out of he-" Erika began but she was interrupted by something.

My fist.

She fell backwards and rubbed her cheek.

"Shut up." I said. My bangs fell over my eyes.

"You!" One of her friends yelled and attempted to kick me.

I dodged and grabbed her fist. I swept her legs and she fell. The other girls both attacked.

"You're so annoying." I said and kicked the one girl and dodged the other, and stomped her down.

"Haru." I said and walked up to him.

"Why'd you let them do that?"

"I don't know. Leave me alone." I said and walked away.

"Wait." He said and grabbed my wrist.

"Do you like me?" He asked.

"Let go."

"Answer me." He insisted.

"I can't...love...my best...friend." I choked out, tears forming in my eyes.

"Y/N..."

"Haru, let go..." I whispered.

"I want you to answer me."

"Yes. Now let me go!" I said and yanked out of his grip.
