I heard a noise but couldn't tell what it was. Lilly looked terrified though.
"Lillith? What's that noise?" She shushed me and signed, 'gun'. I pointed at my bag where my suit was. She nodded and ran with me to the bathroom. We both changed quickly and ran towards the gunshots. I know it sounds stupid but we do this nightly.
"Hey! Idiot! No need to shoot up a school to get our attention. Let's leave the nice kiddos alone and you don't die." The shooter stared at me. He looked back at the injured kid and aimed for the kid's head. I formed an ice shield and threw it in front of the kid. The bullets hit the ice and the kid hopped away.
"Blue Vixen, get the kids out of here. I'll handle the shooter." I threw ice shards at the shooter as Lilly used her strength and pulled kids into classrooms and blocked the way. One ice shard hit the shooter's face, another hit their leg. They fell to the floor, screaming. I iced them to the floor.
"You can't stop us. You can't stop scylla." I knocked the shooter out.
"Cops will be here shortly to deal with you."
