Just like my recent one that was just out before this one izuku is transported to the one piece world and everything happens the same as the anime but with him included, he will be in the same village when nami and luffy meet
It is the next day and we see the Straw Hat crew talking and all of a sudden izuku is asking them one thing
"Hey guys I think we should train them"
"Train them? Why should we?" Luffy asks
"Well Luffy... remember the stories I told you? Where my class was as constantly attacked?" Izuku asks which makes him nod understanding what he meant
"That's why... you guys already know but your world... or well... our world since both of our worlds combined somehow... but before that when I came to yours and saw how strong everyone is I know that even the weakest there could easily defeat all for one, the number 1 villain of mine" he says, "as much as I hate to say it because like you guys my class is my family and I want them strong enough to defeat him and the others"
Luffy sighs and says, "alright that's fair... but I want them eventually in our fleet as allies when they're strong enough because eventually they will have to go out at sea with our worlds combined"
"Wow Luffy you actually said something smart" Zoro says as he laughs
"Hey! I can be smart when I want to! But it depends on the situation!" Luffy yells at him, he then looks at izuku, "but you'll have to be the one to figure out who can be captain and vice captain, we'll be behind you when it happens though"
"Sure of course" izuku says
Later in the day both first year hero classes, mei, big 3 and Shinso are in one of the fields wondering why they are there when they see all of the Straw Hats with Luffy leading them, the teachers are of course over there but they are supervising and will maybe do it too when on the ships but who knows
When they stopped in front of them Luffy lets Izuku goes past them to explain to the classes and teachers
"Ok everybody, the reason why you all are here is because we wanted you here" izuku says making them confused
"What's going on?" Momo asks
"Well Momo I'll tell you the reason why you're all here" izuku tells her, he then proceeds to tell them the reason why they are there
"Awesome!" They all yell making the straw hats smile
"Ok I'll tell you this, I will release my conquerors haki on you all and if you can withstand it while not falling to the ground and or falling unconscious then we will eventually find out of those few will be captain and vice captain of that ship you'll be on so if you fall do not feel bad about it" izuku says which makes monoma start acting like his usual prick self
"Of course I'm gonna be the captain! I'm very strong" he says cockily
"Shut up monoma..." kendo says because she can't stand him anymore
"Well... I warned you" izuku says as he uses conquerors haki on the students

Right after this Monoma and also Mineta are the very first to fall unconscious while most of the others either fall unconscious right after or fall to the ground holding their breath gasping for air leaving only five left standing unphased
These five are Momo, kyoka, shoto, katsuki and itsuka
"Congrats you five, we will now figure out tests for you all until we choose the captain and vice captain, again do not feel bad if you are not chosen" izuku says to them
I wanted kyoka being one of the chosen people with conquerors because if there was any crossovers of these two animes she wouldn't be chosen and I really like her character
Soon the chosen five started their tests whether it was to show their leadership among other things that would help
They were asked what to do in certain situations and other ways to show leadership
Sorry if I'm too lazy lol, but I don't want to specifically tell what they were asked
"Ok you five" izuku says, he then looks at all the other students that are joining the straw hat fleet, "yes you all too need to be here so you can know who the captain and vice captain is"
"Anyway the captain will be Momo while the vice is Itsuka, when they aren't around you will be reporting to the other three, am I clear?" Izuku says as he looks at everybody and they nod in understanding
"Well with that out of the way... let's party!" Franky yells in excitement
"Meat!" Izuku and Luffy scream in glee with stars in their eyes as they run as fast as the flash towards the dorms
"They never change" the straw hats say with a sweat drop and soon they're eating a lot of food that Sanji made which makes UA demand more
