Siddharth's house - Day
A lady Shanti , 58 weaving a carpet with some more ladies including sidharth' s bhabhi Rani, 28 sitting on the floor of a huge hall.

He's undoing the laces of his rugged sports shoes.
She still gets up and gives him a glass of a water .
Shanti- aur chulhe ka time ho gaya hai Aag la de bahar se..
Siddharth finishes is glass of water in one gulp and gets up.
Shanti -aur Sikandar ko bhi utha de uska time ho gaya hai.
Siddharth climbs up the stairs. A small little room with a pile of mattress in a corner . he is shaking up Sikandar,32. Who is sleeping there.

Sikandar opens is eyes and looks blankly at Siddharth . a wide eyed ,getting - back- into- the- world look . Sikandar looks perennially tired, scruffy unkept beard and cold.
Harishchandra Ghat road -Day
Siddharth walking down the flight of stairs . Enters the Ghat area lots of funeral pyre burning .an old man doctor ,58 waves at him Siddharth waves back . a couple of others worker's greet him with respect .he nods at them. Siddharth takes a small twig, goes a burning pyre and lights it up.
Siddharth's house - day
Siddharth is lighting the gas stoves on each of the three floors of the house with the flame from the twig.
Seth kinaram Agrawal polytechnic Mirzapur/ classroom- day
Civil engineering class is going on. roughly 50 students . Professor karki is teaching reinforced concrete design.
Siddharth is making notes attentively ,Pushp and Ruppan are outside the class , waving at them to come out( KK and Naveen escape as karki turn towards the board)
After sometime class is over and Siddharth packing his bag quickly . Karki calls him as he is on his way out.

Karki- yah placement ka form bhara?
Siddharth- nahin .sir ..main.. (his attention goes to his friends waiting outside )mein bhar dunga.
Karki -abhi bharo agale hafte last date hai. Kahin jana hai?
Siddharth nahin...kahin.... nahin.je takes the form and start filling it in hurriedly the friends are doing go f*** yourself gesture from outside and leave.
Mirzapur girl's college -day
outside the college it all quite .some boys are hanging around .KK is holding a huge gift which can he only one thing - a Teddy bear the message card the packing is empty.

sudden commotion around the food stales .Pooja is same with three of her friends . the girls are proceeding to chatt thela .
friends are now pushing KK to go ahead. KK is bit nervous.

Ruppan - hum bike start kar rahe hain donon pitne Lage to!
KK just shows is hand signed for ***** and goes ahead KK and Siddharth are standing behind Pooja. Pooja's friend shehnaz, 21 is beautiful confident young girl alert her.
The girls are giggling KK stretches his arm to hand over huge gift.( obviously a teddy bear ) to Pooja .
KK -yeh... Happy budday!
Pooja ( take it ) aur ghar per kya kahenge ?
Shahnaz is feeding some dry golgappa to a street dog. KK is just standing there smiling goofly at.
