"Jiyeon I'm out with a friend, I'll be back soon." You spoke calmly in hopes she would leave you alone. You also uselessly tried to remain professional even though there was no point. He already saw your crying mess.

[Jiyeon]
Y/N what did I tell you
about staying out this
late? Where are you?

[You]
Jiyeon-

[Jiyeon]
You can't just leave
like that without telling
anyone where you're
going! Of course we
are going to worry
about you when you
left so abruptly like that!

[You]
Ji-

[Jiyeon]
There are no
excuses for this!
Tell me where you
are just so me and
Jungkook don't
started freaking out
even more. He's a mess
right now because he
thinks he's the reason
you stormed out
earlier.

[You]
I'm out with a friend!

You gulped in fear when she abruptly ended the phone call and the phone remained in your hand with your shoulders slumped.

Yoongi was still standing beside you and tilted his head sideways.

"Friend?" He smirked.

After a few moments, you realize what you said. Not only did you say it, but he also heard it too.

You don't even know this guy properly and he's also your manager so what are you talking about? Now you've just completely embarrassed yourself in front of him and now he probably thinks you're some weirdo.

But what you didn't realize was the huge smile on his face like he was enjoying this.

"I..." You struggled to find the right words to say and it soon became very awkward for you. Not for him as she was simply standing there with his arms crossed and a smug smile on his face.

"A-Anyway. Is the party still going on?" You asked, quickly changing the subject.

"Yes, why do you ask?"

"Now that Somi is gone. I don't think there should be any more problems." You didn't know exactly what you were doing, but anything to get out of this awkward situation.

"Are you sure you want to do that?" He asked and pointed to the phone that was still in your hand.

"That phone call didn't sound nice." He chuckled.

You frowned and crossed your arms. "I don't care what she says. I'm not a baby anymore, she can't boss me around like she used to." You grimaced but that smirk remained on his face.

"Okay then, if you say so."

"But maybe you should fix that." He suddenly came closer lifted his finger to your face and pointed to your makeup. "It's smudged quite a lot." He told you.

Your eyes lit up, but not with excitement, with embarrassment and anger.
Without a second left to waste, you turned around and pulled out your phone to open the camera app. Turned out he was right and it was smudged more than you thought it was.

Your mascara was trailing down your cheeks and your eyeliner was becoming all liquid.
To say you looked a mess right now would be a complete understatement.

Before you knew it, you heard a quiet laughter and he started walking in front of you as if you were never even there to begin with.
"Hey wait!" You yelled and ran to catch up to him. You didn't know how to get there on foot so he was your only chance.

A few seconds later you managed to catch up with him and you breathed heavily in and out. Running was one of your weaknesses.
When you regained your composure, you looked up at the sky and a small raindrop fell onto your cheek and you brushed it off with the back of your hand as if it never happened.
