Nahh, this man looks like he wants Chisato to disappear from the face of this earth (I forgot about this since there's not many straight ships.)
Something I noticed is they're both wearing red and it does look like he knows her but she doesn't know him, so I'm wondering if they'll do something with that in the future.
Either way, I wouldn't really ship them. They haven't interacted much anyway and it looks like they wouldn't get along. Maybe frenemies or just plain old enemies? Maybe...
