Why me?

Anywhere but the Dursley's

Draco took Harry to the hospital wing where Poppy did some tests on him and let him rest. Harry woke up about an hour later with a weight on his leg, he looked down and saw Draco resting his head.

"Hey ferret" Harry said, startling Draco. "Fucking hell you scared me. Are you okay?" Draco asked.
"Yea im fine but why am i actually here?" The Gryffindor asked.

"Found you sleeping in the bathroom and you were all bloodied up after that fight" The Slytherin replied, grabbing Harry's hand. "Shit." was all Harry said.

After a while of talking, McGonagall walked in and towards Harry. "Mr Potter, I would've waited until you were well enough to come to my office but this is too urgent." She started. Harry looked calm as ever. Well being Harry it's not too surprising that he's calm.

"I'm afraid im going to have to suspend you for 7 days after your little 'accident' today. When you are released from the hospital, you will be sent back to the Dursleys for your suspension" she finished. Harry couldn't breathe nor talk, his throat was dry and his eyes were watering.

He sat in silence before managing to disagree, "No no no no no. I refuse to go to the Dursleys." he started to get angry and suddenly stopped trying to fight back words from leaving his mouth.

"I dont know what this schools fucking problem is but all you teachers know that i get abused and you always send me back there. I saved all of you and it seems you all want me dead" Harry cried, unaware Snape was also in the room. "Please, anywhere but the Dursleys, i can't do it" The boy begged." Im not going back. You will not make me. I have all rights to stay here and what punishment does that kid have?"

McGonagall showed the tiniest bit of guilt but it quickly faded away, "Well Mr Potter, seeing as he got  more injured and seems to have done nothing wrong, he will be getting no punishment" McGonagall said with no remorse whatsoever.

"HE CALLED DRACO A FAG. HE SAID THE MOST HORRIBLE THINGS ABOUT HIM AND BECAUSE HE GOT WHAT HE DESERVED IM IN TROUBLE? FUCK THIS SCHOOL, FUCK HIM AND FUCK YOU"
Harry screamed, his face red with anger and tears rolling down his face in fear. 

Draco couldn't bear seeing Harry like this, no control over himself. He hugged the raven boy tightly and let him cry in his shoulder.

"Mr Potter, my decision has been settled. You will be staying at the Dursleys for now 4 weeks" The witch said. Snape looked furious, something Harry had never seen before. He'd only seen Snape with his emotionless facade.

"Headmistress, i refuse to let Mr Potter go to that household. As he said, you know he gets abused and he was simply sticking up for his lover and my godson. I will not be allowing any punishment for Potter but for the boy who said the slurs and insults" Snape snapped.

McGonagall looked shocked and opened her mouth to argue back but quickly closed it when she saw the glare Snape was giving her.

"Very well then" was all she said before walking out. "Thank you Professor" Harry said gratefully to the greasy man. "No problem. Despite my... unlikeliness towards you, no child deserves to be abused" Snape said with a forming smile. (YES HE WAS SMILING ALMOST).

-time skip-

The two trios walked to lunch after Harry explained what happened, they were all furious but Harry reassured them that it was all sorted.

They got into the Great Hall and everyone was staring at the trio in fear. Staring at Harry in fear. Everyone seemed to notice how uncomfortable it made Harry but only Draco and Pansy decided to do something about it, "Right if any of you are still staring at us in the next 10 seconds, me and Draco will be hexing you into oblivion," Pansy started, "And don't think we won't. We're counting" Draco finished which made the whole hall fall silent and stop staring.

"Thanks guys" Harry said, giving Draco a kiss and Pansy a hug.

Harry managed to eat half a plate of food, and although it doesn't seem like much, it's a milestone for Harry. Though he ate a full plate not even 2 hours ago, it was still big. His eating problems were getting better but that was never too bad, mostly anger and drinking.

They were all talking and the 6 of them decided they'll be returning to the ROR on Friday night as of how well the last time went ;).

                         -time skip to Friday-

It was 10pm and the two trios were making their way to the ROR. They were all in little duos, chatting away until Ron walked into a wall and they all started pissing themselves, Harry and Draco on the floor with their hands gripping their stomachs.

As soon as they got in, Pansy and Hermione sat together as did Blaise and Ron. Drarry however, got very comfortable as Harry was sitting in Draco's lap like the first time they were there. "Lovebirds" Pansy teased.

"Wanna see something more lovely" Harry asked with a cheeky smirk. Pansy raised an eyebrow, silently telling him to carry on. Harry then started to passionately kiss his boyfriend and got forcefully pulled away by Ron.

"We're going to do a challenge" started Ron, "We're going to try keep Harry and Draco a whole 5 feet apart" finished Blaise, over exaggerating the '5 feet'.

It was about 20 minutes later and Harry now had his hands tied behind his back with his tie and Draco the same. However, Harry had to wear Hermione's tie over his mouth as he wouldn't shut up repeating 'let me go to my man'.

"We'll be back in a sec, we're going to visit Myrtle" Said Ron. They all left, leaving Harry and Draco alone.

Draco instantly crawled over to Harry as soon as the door closed. He used his teeth to pull the tie down to his lover's neck and they started kissing. "Fuck, i love you" Harry breathed. "I love you too Scarhead" Draco replied with a smile.
