Quirk: Atmokinesis, Atmokinesis is weather manipulation/the ability to control storms
Quirk Side Effects: When too much lightning is outputted she gets kinda dumb for like 5 mins, when too much is inputted her nose will bleed then eventually her ears and like an hour later will get a migrane, another side effect of taking in too much or controlling too much is her eyes will start glowing, then she'll be sensitive to light

Personality: Kind and caring, when angry, best advice, run for your life, if you harm her friends she will kill you and you will be in imanent danger, so very protective
