Powers: Astrokinesis, basically he can control stars, as well as build a shield dome to defend against attacks, he can teleport and can take the light out of a space by absorbing it and can use it for later
Drawbacks and tells: His tells are he could start to develop a visible purple blue aura around him or his eyes might start glowing, it varies, for drawbacks, if he teleports far enough he gets really dizzy, if he intakes to much light he will start glowing and be really warm for a bit, if he overuses star control it can be anything from passing out to nosebleeds to his hair going white, for his shields, if he holds them for long enough his nose and eventually his ears will bleed, which later results in headaches, migranes and light and sound sensitivity
