"So that's why her reaction was like that when she saw you?", Clearnight asked. Nightgazer nodded. "Well.... I knew y'all liked each other! It's too obvious"

"Hush your snout", Nightgazer growled. Clearnight rolled her eyes and tugged his arm gently. "Oh, come on~ I know you do!", Clearnight said. Nightgazer sighed. "You should at least look for her...", Clearnight suggested.

Nightgazer looked at the direction Yuki had ran off. He did had to clear some stuff up. Like about that thing he has to tell her. That.... that.....

"Yo, Cris!", a voice brought him to reality. He turned to look. Max.

"Hi, Max", Nightgazer said with a smile. Clearnight waved at him.

"Oh? I see Yuki isn't stuck to your tail today?", Max said.

𝘐 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵, Clearnight said in her mind.

𝘔𝘦 𝘦𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳, Nightgazer said in his mind.

"She went to class ahead of me. I had to....tell Kia something", Nightgazer said, glancing at Clearnight.

"Yea! It's something of what our mom said", Clearnight said as she crossed her arms and smiled. "But yes, Yuki already left"

"Oh, ok. I'll go talk to her. Thanks. See ya later, Cris", Max said as he waved good bye and left to the direction Yuki went.

He made it to class a few seconds later. Yuki was sitting in her seat like usual, staring at the sketch book Nightgazer gave her. Max frowned and sat next to her.

"What's with the long face?", Max asked. Yuki looked at him and smiled slightly.

"It's nothing, don't worry", she said and sighed. Max stared at her for a moment.

"Are you sure?", Max asked. Yuki simply nodded and placed her head on her arms.

Max frowned again and patted her head. "If it's Cris, I will beat him up. Don't worry"

Yuki chuckled.

"You can tell me anything, alright?", Max asked. Yuki nodded.

"Thanks, Max", she said and smiled. Max smiled back and scoot closer to her.

Nightgazer and Clearnight heard this.

𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘴𝘬 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, Nightgazer said. He entered the class.

Clearnight went to hers.

𝘈𝘭𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵, she finally said. The conversation ended there.

Max glanced over his shoulder. He saw Nightgazer. "Cris' here", he whispered to Yuki's ear.

"Thanks", she whispered back. Nightgazer got jealous when he saw Max whispered in to her ear.

At first, he thought he was going to kiss her. Then, again, Earth is weird.

"I don't want to be too curious but....why weren't you with Cris? You are usually stuck on his tail", Max whispered.

"I... I came early then he did.... That's all", Yuki lied. She didn't want to tell Max about what happened last night. Especially because she knew Max.

The thing is that Max has a huge crush on Yuki. He would do anything to protect her.

"Oh, alright", Max said as he sat up straight. He was still close to her.

Nightgazer sighed quietly. He should had stayed quiet but his mind took over.
