As Ash Ketchum eagerly stepped into the bustling Pokémon Center in Pewter City, he couldn't contain his excitement. This was his first stop on his journey to become a Pokémon Master, and he was ready to take on the world. With Pikachu perched on his shoulder, Ash scanned the room, taking in the sight of trainers and Pokémon bustling about.
"Wow, Pikachu, can you believe it? We're really here!" Ash exclaimed, his eyes shining with enthusiasm.
Pikachu nodded in agreement, a spark of excitement in its eyes. Just then, a voice interrupted their conversation.
"Hey, watch where you're going!"
Startled, Ash turned to see a fiery-haired girl glaring at him from across the room. She was holding a dripping wet Psyduck in her arms, clearly annoyed.
"Sorry about that! Are you okay?" Ash asked, rushing over to help.
The girl softened slightly at his concern. "Yeah, Psyduck just decided to take an unexpected dip in the fountain outside," she explained, a hint of amusement in her voice.
As Ash helped her dry off Psyduck with a towel, he couldn't help but notice how her eyes sparkled with determination. There was something about her fiery spirit that intrigued him, and he found himself drawn to her in a way he couldn't quite explain.
"Thanks for the help," the girl said, offering Ash a small smile. "I'm Misty, by the way."
"I'm Ash! It's nice to meet you, Misty," Ash replied, returning her smile. Little did he know, this chance encounter would be the beginning of an unforgettable journey.
