As Mei vigorously punched the heavy bag at the gym, she couldn't help but feel a sudden surge of adrenaline course through her veins. Her hourglass figure, toned abs, and perfect thigh gap seemed to radiate confidence as she landed each precise jab and powerful hook. It was then that she noticed him; the dark-haired, dark-eyed Adonis who had just stepped up to the punch bag on her right. He was tall, lean, and ripped to shreds; his perfect six-pack abs glistening in the fluorescent light. Mei felt her heart race as she watched him remove his shirt, revealing smooth, sun-kissed skin and defined muscles that seemed to go on forever. He turned his head in her direction, their eyes meeting briefly before he focused intently on the bag in front of him. The tension in the air was palpable, and Mei found herself struggling to breathe as she realized that he was just as affected by this unexpected encounter as she was.

Finally, unable to resist any longer, she removed her headphones and walked over to where he was standing. "Hi," she managed to choke out, her voice barely above a whisper. He looked up at her, his eyes searching hers intently. "Hi," he replied, his voice smooth and deep. They stood there for what felt like an eternity, neither one of them quite sure what to say or do next. The silence between them was broken only by the rhythmic thud of nearby fists against the punching bags and the faint sounds of laboured breathing. Mei couldn't help but feel a blush creep up her neck and onto her cheeks as she realized that she was staring at him; his dark, tousled hair falling into his eyes, his muscles rippling with each movement. He glanced down at her figure, taking in her long legs, high ponytail, and sports leggings before meeting her gaze again. It was then that he smiled, a smile that sent a shiver down Mei's spine.

She smiled back, feeling an unexpected warmth spread through her body. "So, you come here often?" she asked, trying to make conversation. He chuckled softly, shaking his head. "No, I'm just trial testing this place to see if it's any good. My brother suggested I come here with him." His eyes flickered across her face, and for a brief moment, Mei couldn't tell what he was thinking. Eventually, he simply said, "I think I'll make a point of coming back, though." Her heart skipped a beat at his words, and she felt a sudden urge to get closer and to get to know him more, to feel his warm breath against her skin (No, bad thoughts!). But before she could act on that impulse, he turned back to his punching bag, his attention once again focused on the task at hand. Mei watched him for a moment longer, marvelling at the way he moved, before turning away and walking back over to her own punching bag. As she began to punch again, she couldn't help but wonder if she'd truly ever see him again after today.

She decided to take a break from the punching bag and switch gears to some pull-ups and core exercises. As she started to climb up the pull-up bar, she realized she was a bit short and couldn't quite reach the bar. Suddenly, he was there, stepping in behind her, his hands on her hips. He leaned in, his breath warm against her ear as he whispered, "Need some help with that?" She nodded, feeling her cheeks flush red with embarrassment. He slowly lifted her up, their bodies pressing together, his hands sliding up to cup her shoulders. Once she was at the bar, he let her go and stepped back, giving her some space as she began her pull-ups.

As she worked through her set, she couldn't help but feel his gaze on her. It was intense, yet somehow gentle at the same time. When she finished, she turned around to face him, their bodies mere inches apart. "Thanks for the help," she managed to choke out, her heart racing. He smiled down at her, his eyes twinkling with amusement.

"No problem. You seemed like you could use the assist." His voice was smooth and reassuring, sending a shiver down her spine. They stood there for a moment, simply taking in each other's presence. The air between them was electric, charged with an unspoken interest. Mei could feel her breath coming faster, her heart pounding in her chest.

She glanced down at his hands, noticing the calluses and the strength in his fingers. "So, you're into martial arts too?" she asked, trying to make conversation. He nodded. "Yeah, I've been training in the discipline for a few years now. I achieved a level 2 Martial Arts Coach some time ago, and since it's such a great workout it's become a big part of my life." There was a brief pause before he added, "And I'm always up for meeting other people who share my passion."
