Somewhere in the Grandline

Luffy POV

"Jon, are you okay?" Luffy heard Robb ask Jon

"I am fine" Jon answered "just a bit tired, nothing more"

"You should go rest" said Vivi "we can take care of everything here"

"Thanks" said Jon as he went away to the man's room

"Nami?" Luffy said "are you okay?".  Luffy then touch her forehead and remove it really fast, as his hand literally turn on fire "she is really hot!". Seconds later, she fall down unconscious

"Nami!!!" Everyone screamed

"Wait, Jon!!" Said Robb as he enter the room where they slept "no, Jon!!!". Luffy enter the room quickly and started to feel guilty. Miss all-sunday warn them about the Little Garden and because of his stubbornness, he decided to ignore the warning. Now, his friends Nami and Jon were really sick

"Don't blame yourself" said Nami barely opening her eyes "this wouldn't be an adventure without some danger"

"We have to take them to the room" said Luffy "Nami, do you mind temporary the bed sharing with Jon?". But Nami had passed out before she could answer "what now?"

"Even if we use the eternal pose, it would take us too long" said Vivi "we need a doctor, urgently!"

"Then we will find it" said Luffy "Sanji, make some food for the sick". Sanji nodded and went to the kitchen

"Luffy, is not your fault" said Zoro "the Grandline is dangerous place for a reason and Jon and Robb were explain all the dangers"

"That's right" said Robb "besides, Jon is strong and he will be fine". After some hours, Nami got out of the room and scream to move the ship. Moments later, a hurricane appeared behind them

"Nami, go back to bed" said Vivi "you aren't well"

"Guys, you have to see this" said Usopp "there is someone standing over the ice"

"What?" Said Luffy annoyed. He had the feeling that it was something else. He wasn't going let anyone stop them from finding a doctor. He then heard something and saw a stranger eating something that make his ears hurt "who the hell are you?"

"I am king Wapol" the stranger answered "this looks like a nice ship". What he did next make Luffy pissed off as he broke a part of the merry and eat it.

"Gomu gomu no: Bazooka!!!!!" Luffy screamed without even giving time for Wapol to react as he was send flying away as he screamed

"King Wapol!!!" Screamed the stranger "we need to find him!!. He is a fruit user!!!". From the sea a big ship emerged and then follow the direction Wapol was send flying "you will pay for this!!!!". They went away as the Merry keep going

"I see an island" said Ussop "I hope they have doctors". Luffy started to feel snow falling on him

"This feels like home" said Robb suddenly "the cold weather is something I love"

"You will suffer when we get to Alabasta" said Vivi giggling. Luffy was confused when Robb blushed at that but dismiss it for now. Soon they arrived to Drum Island, according to Vivi

Some time later (AN: Events happened like canon but in this case Luffy carries both Jon and Nami. Also, Robb goes with Luffy and Sanji as well, as he is used to a cold weather)
