"So basically I faked my death found a boy knocked him out found Carl we went to a pharmacy for things and the boy I knocked out and his group found us they beat Carl up they were going to rape me I snapped killed like 4 dudes and drove home" I say catching my breath

Daryl leans back in his chair processing what I'd told him "they didn't?" He pauses "No I didn't let them" I say shaking my head "mai would have-" I say chuckling but stop remembering what had me missing in the first place "she went out looking for you she found the body" Daryl says

"Where is she?" I ask "her and the rest of em haven't left the girls grave. Kenzies" he says looking for my reaction "my girls are loyal" I say nodding "not to you?" He asks "to eachother" I reply getting up from the table "I'm tired wake me up if carls up or something happenes to him I need sleep" I mutter and turn away walking up the stairs I open carls door throwing myself in bed wrapping his covers around me closing my eyes

"Bridget" I hear Daryl say as he shakes me "what what?" I ask sitting up quickly going to get out of bed but Daryl stops me "he's fine he's fine" he says sitting down on the bed still holding both of my shoulders "Mai is here she wants to talk" Daryl says "I don't want to talk to her" I say quietly looking down at the floor

"She's your sister I get it sisters fight but you are family" Daryl says "if I could talk to my brother even if he was an asshole I would" he says I could tell it took a lot out of him to say it but it ment he cared "Ok but just for you" I say and Daryl smiles and gets up "I'll send her in" he says closing my door behind him a couple seconds Mai walks in holding my bow "kept it safe and cleaned the blood off of it" she says I could tell she was nervous I'd be too for what she said "thank you" I say plainly staring at the floor Mai walks over setting my bow down gently

"Listen I was hurting we all were I talked to the girls I told them what I said and they put me in my place I was wrong I know it wasn't your fault I knew it when I said it I'm so sorry" she says her voice cracked and I figured she had started to cry with her voice changing like that I stand up and look at her

"It wasn't your fault" I say slowly walking towards her "I could have gone I could have gone!" She says her body shrank as she looked down crying "come here" I say softly she looks up and me crying and walks towards me quickly crashing out body's together hugging me tightly she was a bit shorter than me and was wrapped around my back "it wasn't anyone's fault but the shooters we will find him and we will kill him" I say petting her hair holding her head in my arms "we stopped looking for you after a couple days we didn't think you were really out there like cake said" she admits with shame in her voice

"I wanted to look but with Kenzie already gone we needed to stay safe and-" I cut her off "I forgive you all I would never not it's not your responsibility to keep me safe anymore" I say

"We owe you everything" Mai says sniffling as she continues "we gave up on you even though we owe you our lives and everything else"
"You owe me nothing" I say Mai pulls away wiping her tears with her hands gathering herself "you killed your own father for us-"
"I did not and that wasn't just for yall" I say "it doesn't matter who it was for it mattered that you tried and did it" she says "Rick did it I sat there crying for a monster" I say "he was your father you loved him" she says confused "he let me get hurt he didn't care about me why should I?" I ask "your not the same" mai says shaking her head "good"

Mai and the girls had been avoiding me and I didn't mind I spent most of my time with Carl in the infirmary anyways
"If you could have water tasting like blue raspberry or cherry forever what would you choose?" I ask eating a blue raspberry airhead Daryl had found on a quick run he went on "blue raspberry?" Carl says like it was the obvious choice "Ok but like on a hot day in summer you would pull out a cold cherry flavored drink and it would hit the spot" I say dramatically

"blue doesn't feel the same" I say shrugging "your eating a blue raspberry candy right now" Carl says chuckling "fine blue wins" I say rolling my eyes "when are you getting out of this stupid bed?" I groan "dad says once my ribs are healed" Carl says smiling "they still hurt?" I ask "not as much as they did" he says laying back down slowly "well judy misses playing with you" I say taking his hand holding it tightly

"Carl still in the infirmary?" Rosita asks as I walk in "yup" I say disappointed it was true "nightmares?" Rosita asks her and Carl and my ladies were the only ones who knew I had nightmares "not in a while" I say "I've been getting a different one about Carl" I say "do tell" Rosita says stuffing her face with homemade potatoe chips

"we are married and we have two kids one boy one girl wade and Beth " I say "wade and Beth ?" Rosita asks "Carl named wade after Deadpool and I Beth" I say rolling my eyes "Well that makes sense" Rosita says laughing

"how are things with Aled?" I ask "he slept over last night" Rosita says lifting her eyebrows up and down smiling at me "so that's why your in a good mood" I say chuckling "yea he's a good guy" Rosita says smiling and nodding slowly thinking about what I figured was what happened last night

"michonne and Rick have been going on more runs so it's just been me and jude" I say laying back on the couch "where's she now?" Rosita asks "Carol offered to take her it would be rude not to say yes" I say scoffing sarcastically then laughing at myself

"what happened to you two on the road Rick is shutting everyone down who asked at the meeting they held about it "killed em' all" I say shrugging "they deserve it?" She asks "absolutely" I reply "good" Rosita says stuffing her face with more chips
