Your goodbye
Melts like snow in my mouth
And as it swiftly dissolves
I can't help but panic,
Helplessly scrambling,
Hoping the heat on my tongue
Would cease
So that it could stay with me
Just a little longer.The slight
metalic water
grows, filling up
my head. I can hear
it's echo, your voice, sloshing
behind my ears as it starts to trickle from my eyes. Snowmelt tends to have
a bittersweet taste
And then,
It is gone.Please
Don't
Snow
Anymore.
