Object shows Pokemon abilities

#1 Levitate section

if Characters from any object shows had Pokemon abilities.

First let's get the most reasonable "levitate" characters out of the way. I will only count the character as having the ability levitate if they constantly, always or almost always use the ability or if they are specified to levitate rather then fly in their respective show, as well as if the character actually looks like it's levitateing to an extreme instead of looking like they are flying or jumping super high to an extreme instead.

So here are the characters I think would make sense to have the ability "levitate":

Puffball
Puffball SpeakerBox
Cloudy
Blackhole
Lightning
Candle
Bow (ghost version)
Happy Star

And here are the characters that could have had the ability "levitate" but didn't make the cut for whatever reason or reasons that I either already explained or beacose the character's situation is confusing.
