i got back into the provincehumans fandom after months of inactivity. current goal is to design all 21 provinces of china and 5 autonomus regions + some special cities.

i don't know why i started with 辽宁, probably because they border the dprk and i really want to visit dandong. i heard they are famous for their niguo pears. he would get along with hwang as he is one of the leading provinces in research. i don't have an idea on what his flag colours should be, so i just used their map and used colours from pears. why does he play the flute ? i don't know. gotta draw hainan next, gon put more effort into her since thats where my maternal family is from.
