My family is crazy
Am I even their own blood? or they picked me up from the stairs of a temple?!
And my wife who called me a creep

"Sit on the bed Shivanya.." saying that I walked to the cupboard and took out a gift box 🎁
"Hav- have you really prepared a gift for me? It's a little surprising for me Mr. Rajput to believe" She said looking a little surprised
"You should sometimes believe in the process Mrs. Rajput" I replied handing her the box
She started opening the gift excitedly..indeed a kid..There were some papers
"A marriage contract of 3 years" She read what was written on the papers
She looked up to me with a little shocking face
"Yes a marriage contract as we both don't love each other so..if we both didn't fall in love with each other in the period of three years..this marriage will be declared void" I replied with an emotionless face
"Who knows about this contract except you and me?" She asked
"Mylawyer, I give you the assurance he is a trusted lawyer of mine..it won't be known to anyone except us" I replied assuring her
"Oh..what if your family got to know about this what will be their reaction?" She asked
"They will disown me and dad will simply kill me" I replied a little jokingly but it's true they will disown me
"Oh okay" She replied not looking much affected
"You need to sign this, I'll be just back" I replied going towards the washroom
"It was easier than I thought" I mumbled to myself

Shivanya tore the contract
Rudraksh returned to see the torn pieces of the contract lying here and there
"Why did you tore the contract damnit?" Rudraksh shouted
"Stop shouting Mr. Rajput I'll tell mom dad about this great gift of yours and then you will be simply disowned" Shivanya replied
(Sassyyyy....)
"You-" Rudraksh tried to speak up
"Can't you drop that sarcasm of yours for a moment?!" Rudraksh said
"Sarcasm is the body's natural defense against stupidity" Shivanya replied smirking
Rudraksh was going to say something but Shivanya interven
"Shut up and take out that stupid idea of yours from your stupid brain" Shivanya said and walked out of the room not caring about his reply

Just then my phone started ringing
It's my PA, Rohan
"Sir you need to attend an important online meeting with Mr. Charles after 30 minutes" my PA said as soon as I picked the call
"Okay" Saying that I disconnected the call
I went to the study
Shivanya's POV:
I knew it.. I knew that he was trying to serve me poison with his honey toned tongue

I started walking towards the hall where all the family is.
"Bhabhi how was the gift?" Ridhi asked me excitedly
"Yes bhabhi what did bhai give you?" Kabir also asked
Mr. Rajput was downstairs too in that moment
"You guys should ask your brother directly" I said settling on a vacant sofa
"Yes bhai, what was the gift.. at least you can tell us if you don't want to show it"
Ridhi asked Mr. Rajput
"It's none of your business.." Mr. Rajput said avoiding their questions
"Bhai It's oka-" Kabir tried to speak but Mr. Rajput intervenes in between
"You're so free right? Should I give you more work Mr. KABIR RAJPUT" Mr. Rajput said
"Bhabhiiiiii" Kabir whined looking towards me
"Why are you shouting at him? If you're feeling embarrassed to tell them...do you want me to tell them about your sweet gift?"
I asked smirking at him
"I- I gifted her a pair of anklets" He lied..such a liar
"Oh, bhabhi did you like bhai's choice of anklets ?" Ridhi asked me
"Yes yes definitely Ridhu they are so beautiful that I don't want to wear them ever to keep them safe forever"
I replied giving the sweetest smile to Mr. Rajput
"Okay kiddos it's lunch time..you can continue your 'Aao behen chugli krein' session after it"
Lunch was fun with a lot of banter
After lunch Mr. Rajput informed mom about meeting an important client and said that maybe he can return late so not to wait for him
"Do I look like I'm going to wait for that Owl? "
